Why can't I order a rear rack for my Ride1up 500 bike? I just received 2 of your bikes and decided I want the rear rack and was told no, I can't buy one from you. I don't get it?
My 500 series fat bike getting drained after 20 kms on a full charge and its a new bike. I used the same setting but still I am having issues .Can you suggest something?
if u put a 0 in the small black box..that means u can peddle or use the throttle...no peddle asst.....if theres any number in the little black box 12345 that means your throttle wont work and your in peddle asst mode...hope that helps?!
@@jbignJesus Did your 500 come with 20"s originally? I have 27.5" but the tire size setting goes from 20-26 then to 700c with no 27.5 option in between or after.
why have I watched 12 videos trying to find the best settings for speed and still have no clue? Does anyone actually tell you what the number in the box on the screen means and does ? Mine is on 3 but I swear one time watching a vid here on YT showed me to put that nuber up to 7 or 9 does that have anything to do with speed.?

Let's check your "advance settings" . . . . skips over 80% of the options. Ugh. So glad there are other vids here with real tutorials.

How do I change modes from pedal assist to ebike (no pedaling)

When you start the bike press - one time so it says 0 in the display

What is the default setting for wheel size? It seems no matter what size I choose I am not getting a correct speed readout.
My bike tires are 20 inch so I have it set at 20
