I love rush/breakthrough, though Conquest is the most favorited in the community by far, rush has always been my favorite game mode to play in. It’s so fun to play whether your defending or attacking, most of my memories playing Battlefield came from Rush
@@pxpa_jart3885 It's terrible in my hands. The charge feel so much longer in my hands, but I'm terrible at first hit accuracy with MnK. I'm almost never getting killed by the railgun so it's seems that I'm not the only one that find this gun difficult to use.
@@ghosface353 it's a charge and then hitscan, if you can twitch aim you don't need to track the target perfectly. Auto is amazing for close range even against multiple enemies, as long as you don't get killed before you charge the gun. Switching attachments constantly makes it a little annoying to use though.
The rail gun feels busted imo. Only problem I have with it is how long you have to wait to unlock high magnification scopes and no option for PSO 5x scope
I have been loving the BF2042 content and the more you post then more people come back to play which is nice, especially since MW2 hasn't really been the most fun

An interesting thought about railguns, in time they'll inevitably take over from gunpowder based firearms since the value proposition will exponentially increase for railguns as production costs decrease, quality improves, and speed of manufacturing increases. Yes a brand new rifle for a soldier might be cheaper up front, but the rail guns ammo is just metal bits, in theory you could make it so it can fire almost anything magnetic and small enough to fit through the barrel without hitting anything on the way through. Ammo's practically free compared to carefully manufactured bullets
This reminded me of BFBC2 on that farmland hills map with the bigass wind turbines. Everyone playing was a sniper, unless you were driving a vehicle then you would use engineer. Play an entire match and have 3 kills, 5 deaths all from people you never saw.
I've just started playing this after uninstalling and not touching it since launch, way more fun than COD, still, we need a new proper battlefield installment next, none of this specialist crap, just give us the gadgets!!
BF2042 is now really fun to play! I didn’t touch the game since launch basically and yesterday I replayed the play and, man, I really had fun! Matchmaking was fast too, people are coming back finally! It’s still not a good game at all but it’s really fun to play when you’re with a good team! I’m looking forward for the Class system patch!
Jack have you used the upgraded railgun tank? One shots almost all vehicles and two shots the tankiest ones. Absolutely overpowered. Air vehicles are super easy to take down across the map.

I tried this gun because of the battle pass mission suggestions and I was impressed by how fun it is! The tracking and head seeking is satisfying
I don't think it's overused, it may be OP with someone with your aim, but the average play doesn't aim anywhere near aswell

the amount of people that dont use smokes is insane. theyre so useful on big, open maps.
It takes a lot of practice, once you get it down this gun is second to no other.

Using the 6x thermal scope made me love the railgun. My aim isn't anything like yours, but I have been able to land headshots at 437m. Feels good man.
