📌Tater Salad:
I use red potatoes, mayo, sugar, white vinegar, sweet relish, eggs, and Green onions ❤️. I really don't have a recipe per say I go by taste of mixing up my "sauce" then pouring it over my potatoes and eggs. I would say if you're making a 5lb bag of taters you would use the following...
1-1 1/2 cups Mayo
1/4 -1/2 cup sugar
5 green onions -chopped fine
1Tbsp White Vinegar
1/4 -1/2 c. Sweet relish
Salt & Pepper to taste
....mix well and pour over taters ans eggs 🥰 mix well and chill for about 30 minutes.

Hi Sammi, thanks for sharing these good recipes. I live in AZ where it gets HOT!!! Two of our favorite crockpot meals in summer are pineapple chicken, add a bottle of bbq sauce, pineapple chunks and chicken breasts to crockpot. Serve with coconut rice topped with green onions. Second one is 2lbs. Chicken, 16oz of your favorite salsa and a packet of taco seasoning. Use for salads, quesadillas burritos or anything else you want. Hope you try one or both. Take care. 😊😊❤❤

I tried the barbecue chicken recipe and my family absolutely loves it. It is so hard for me to find the right recipe where it doesn't dry out the chicken and this definitely was not the case. I love any recipe that requires minimal effort. 😂
