Yes, I agree. Your coffee table looks much better with the darker tone. It looks richer and yet not too dark. You did a great job on your new office couch. Well that was a lot of mess to clean up with the feathers and all. Who knew? Good on you! Your husband is such a great team player, I love it! Congratulations on your new endeavors with your "Rescue Homes" projects in the very near future. Why waste all of that talent that you have. Once you get your own home the way you want it; then what? You get to use your energy and great ideas on somebody else's home. They will be truly blessed. Good for the two of you and your family.

I love the new sofa, it’s amazing how one piece can make such a difference and brighten the room somewhat. We do have Fb Marketplace and I often use both to buy and sell, you can get some amazing deals and I do think you did the right thing with the coffee table, I love it 😍

Hi Amanda, You and Kyle are doing a wonderful job re-decorating your home. It was beautiful in the past, but the change is also beautiful, if not more. With that said, I want to share something for sure you will not be happy with. I wasn't when I found out. I don't know if you are Christian. Nonetheless, even some Christians don't know this. There are a lot of New Age items that we tend to be attracted to. Some of the items are crystals, meaning colorful rocks like the ones you have in the office. As beautiful as they are and as much as they are loved, they attract demons and demonic things like arguments, deceit, lying, and all of the other none Christ like behaviors. The same holds true with sun catchers, wind chimes, tarot cards, and the list goes on and on. Those items draw people away from God. They bring in bad things into people's lives. And for sure, God is not where those things are. When I found out about those things as a Christian, i got rid of them, and my life has changed. My health improved, and I have peace in my heart even when everything is chaotic in this world. Nowadays, we need to get closer to God because worse things are yet to come. With God in our lives and having His peace, thst surpasses all understanding even if the world is upside down, He comforts us, gives us peace, and we actually feel His love.

Yes. We have FB marketplace in Australia and I use it quite a lot. 😊 PS: Orange oil is great for removing anything sticky.
We have market place in N.B. Canada. I find it annoying lol. People ask you if your item is available then poof thats it lol. Or they want things for almost free. Glad you have luck with it.

I always used to put the cushion covers back on straight away, they were easier to put on, and dried on the cushions okay.

I am so glad I'm not the only one who washes her couch cushions. Do you know how hard it is to find a l shaped sectional with loose pillows that doesn't cost an arm and a leg....super hard.

For those outside Phx AZ, you could try virtual make overs or make suggestions with virtual designs... Lone Fox (RUclips) does something like that... I would be interested in something like that, you could then create a 'library' of virtual rooms for subscribers to access for inspiration...

I emigrated from the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 to Texas/ Facebook marketplace was better for me in the uk as there was more availability. In Texas everything is so far away 🙃

The "new" couch is very pretty! I tell ya - having down cushions is truly a double edged sword - their awesome in terms of comfort & fluff - but those damn feathers are sooo annoying!!! And it's crazy cuz they always charge more for the down fill - which I get it's more luxurious & it's a natural stuffing. However, for how much they charge, they need to have a material that resists the feathers from poking thru!

Have you considered for those viewers not in your area offering a room makeover consultation? I'm thinking a person submits their room and objectives and you come up with the room layout, colors, etc and that person films the process and shares the results via FaceTime. Or you could sell them a plan for a fixed fee (a side hustle income) and you could post before and after pics. Just a thought.
