LOUD Porsche 991 GT2 RS with Straight Pipes - Accelerations & Driving in Monaco !

- During our holiday in Monaco last summer we saw this very loud Porsche 991 GT2 RS. This GT2 RS has been fitted with a straight piped exhaust system and probably some other modifications. In this video you can see it making a couple accelerations and you can hear the lovely turbo sound while driving in Monaco.

I heard one in person today and another time and the videos don’t do it justice. It’s sounds like it’s going to launch into another dimension and those turbos whistle like no body’s business.

Yes most people (non car people) would think a p1 or laferrari, etc. would be much quicker around track. This thing beat the 918 around the Nurburgring by over 10 seconds. 😵💫

Its so sad. The gt2 rs is the fastest street legal Porsche, yet it sounds so poopoo. The only thing you can hear is the raspy sound of the flat six.

Really ?? You can see a completely stock GT2 RS driving in front of it a few times. You can clearly hear the difference. 🤦
the sound of the brakes.... terrible. I don't care that it's normal for carbon ceramic brakes to sound like that.

@@vika0194 But I think the reason for the sound is because it is fairly new. After being used the sound should dampen.
