Am 20 and i have ADHD its self diagnosed or rather youtube diagnosed but judging by the symptoms i am quit sure and i don't know what to do i don't live in adis ababa so i don't have access to pyschologists so right know i feel like am alone

Thank you for your comment, dear viewer. ADHD is a disorder that manifests in early childhood with symptoms of hyperactivity, impulsivity, and/or inattention. The symptoms affect cognitive, academic, behavioral, emotional, and social functioning. Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a biologically based neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by persistent deficits in social communication and social interaction and restricted, repetitive patterns of behavior, interests, and activities. I will try to do a video on Autism in the coming weeks.
