The implications of sub 10% percent combos being some of the most deadly in terms of controlling the stage, damage, potential for ledgetraps and edge guarding, are pretty terrifying. Sheik really is a character of strong starts, getting touched once by a Sheik with a good punish game could put them so far ahead.

Run, then tilt the stick quickly in the opposite direction and as you are doing this, ftilt in the direction you were originally running, this gives you an ftilt that slides a little bit forwards
1- Run forwards 2- Dashback 3- instant ftilt

hmm not sure if this will help, but I like to use the short hop macro (2 jump buttons). Not having to worry about the shorthop gives me an extra split second to focus on getting a peak nair and then fastfall.
Also for me, I've had better success letting go of the move stick after the dash instead of trying to manually move it back to neutral

Tilt. You can always smash attack with a fast A + movement opetion whereas tilt stick is more precise and you can PC easier :3

By checking di and escape options.
Example is checking di in and out and airdodge as well as seeing if your opponet can jump out
Also frame 1 or two escape options like lucina up b and witch time
