Smash Ultimate Sheik Guide - Kill Confirms

for the past many months following smash ultimate's release, we've noticed many resources and information about sheik has been scattered, lost, and even incorrect. so we've finally decided to begin to compile information and complementary footage to start to craft a series of videos that provide info that is tested and as accurate as possible. killing has been one of sheik's most difficult tasks, so we thought this would be a good place to start.
Why Fthrow Jump Cancel Bf doesnt work:
It doesnt work on all di since di in kills it. Doesnt work at past 90 and even then, its niche. Doesnt kill. Opponents are able to di away and react, so its not a good 50/50 either since stars have to align. At 90% wolf di out on fthrow has 18 frames of lag while sheiks bf has 17 frames of lag, not considering jump. So 18-20= -2 frames for sheik. By the time bf gets out, he is able to jump over sheik. If they neutral airdodge in reaction to the bf, you get hit by bair and die since youre so close to the blast zone. The landing part of that video is just false. It has more lag than in the pervious game so its not worth.

Here’s a fun one, what do you guys think is Sheik best kill confirm? I think on stages like FD it’s Full Hop to needles to BF/Uair because it can be used out of neutral fairly safely.

I think her best kill confirm on stages with platforms is forward tilt to up air drag down to forward smash.
Also, doesn't f tilt, full hop needles to bouncing fish work at like 90% but with a very short percentage range?

Higher percents, the move is + on hit. Same thing goes for snake dthrow uptilt at 160% Just happens to be true because game says so

jab jab to down tilt isn't a true combo...
also full hop rising needle is also her worst confirm as the game will either b-reverse while rising for no reason or do a side b for no reason the vast majority of the time. Even when/if the stars align and the game doesn't b-reverse or side b, BF sometimes won't even come out until you've touched the ground making the confirm no longer a true combo. AND EVEN WHEN IT WORKS, sometimes BF still wont combo.
To the players wanting to learn Sheik, don't use while rising needles as a confirm unless it's a short hop. The odds are already against you, you don't need RNG as an opponent too.

ik this is late but keep the stick neutral immediately after jumping, the momentum from either dashing or holding forward AS you jumped NOT after should be enough, for the bouncing fish you have to time to get one out if you needle early enough and buffer a bouncing fish
