@@randie_endik i personally think download festival 2009 is good, but not no where near the best. Slipknot is known for their energy and chaos insanity, and that festival isn't that energetic at all compared to ozzfest 1999 or London 2002. Now those are the performances new reactors to Slipknot should react to

This guys are very good musicians in their genre, they mix different styles of Metal at once. Corey Taylor have a really good voice, very dynamic. And their live shows and masks are always top level with high budget videos and stage setups.

If you like Corey's voice please please please listen to "Snuff" it will change your life. There's a Slipknot version and a live, acoustic solo (unmasked) version by Corey.. Both are incredible
The one where he played it live in Baltimore in 2011. That one got me good. The loss of Paul Grey made it hard to sing a song like that, but I love how Corey got through the song while Paul was on his mind the entire time. Bisscute should really check that one out. I think she would like it. Keep it metal. \m/

Corey Taylor is such a great performer. No matter if its with Slipknot, Stone Sour or on his solo stuff, its all great. I just saw Slipknot a few weeks ago on this current tour and they absolutely rocked.

Slipknot doesn't perform without masks, but Corey's second band Stone Sour, who also had the guitars from Slipknot for some time, does. So maybe you could check them out, too. Through Glass and Absolute Zero are great songs to start with.
One of my favorites by Slipknot is Nero Forte.

Great reaction! Tatiana and Jinjer were supposed to be out on tour with Slipknot right now, but because of the war had to cancel. If you like Corey's voice you really need to listen to him sing Snuff live acoustic. No mask, just Corey, his acoustic guitar and a beautiful song.

Saw this performance when they preform in Austin TX with my kids. The engery that they bring and crazy performance is always great to see they also had Bullet for my Valentines and Motionless in white as their opener.

Chris Fein was the bird guy doing backup vocals. But most of the heavy vocals are from Corey Taylor. Now that Chris was fired Sean clown crayhan does backups. Rest in peace Joey jordison.

Okay, so Corey has another heavy rock band called Stone Sour (No Masks) as he also has solo acoustic shows too!!! The others can be seen maskless in places too if you know where to look!! 😉 If you try Stone Sour, I recommend song number 3 (that's the title is some variation) and also Bother to start!!! Enjoy!!! 🤗
It's all good, I been since they're first came out I. 1998, I was 8. It's an acquired taste. You kinda have to relate to like love. Just been thru a fight or been bullied or beat as a kid. Done it all by the time I heard Slipknot

Clown has some empty beer kegs for his setup. That was why you didn't recognize them when you paused at the beginning. Slipknot uses the bang from those when he hits those in a lot of their songs.

There's a music school here in USA for kids who already have amazing talent, its called O'Keefe Music Foundation (OMF). The kids do covers of popular metal songs, including this one. Check a video 'Adorable 8yr old Slipknot cover - The Devil In I'. Look for the "garage" version. OMG!!! They are soooooooo good!!!!
Pretty sure that the one doing the growl of “step inside, see the devil in I” is another band member and Corey (lead singer) is doing the rest of the singing and growling
Yeah that was chris. He was a percussionist and backing vocalist like another member, clown/shawn. Chris is no longer in the band, he was replaced by Michael who now plays chris' role. Sometimes it gets hard for corey to do it all by himself so they have had clown, chris and michael help him with some of the vocal parts in their songs.
If you love his voice, react to “Snuff” live acoustic. Corey all alone on stage, unmasked with guitar. Phenomenal
