Can u answer a question? If so. I already did my EIN and Sales and tax use. I was getting ready to do my LLC but not feeling its in the right order. My name on my EIN is without the LLC in the end. Will this mater? Is it ok to do the LLC after getting ur EIN and sales and use Tax? Thanks for any info. Appreciate the video.
@derezhunt7739 thank you. I'm confused why it allowed me to do it in that order. I sent for my ein. But forgot to send the LLC form in and it expired. I didn't realize. I tryed to refill it out but it wants my LLC name. So does that mean I have to call sales and use tax and Ein and change my name to end with the LLC than refill out the LLC form? Honestly bro my information is limited myself. I’m still learning the process but I did the same thing you did. Filled out for the ein because I found out it was free from irs.

I was told that you had to get the llc first then the ein
