I used Northwest to form a Nonprofit and they did me dirty. My call was answered by a salesperson that was not knowledgable of a policy that had been known for about a year regarding personal data/privacy in Delaware. They gave me incorrect information and then filed with personal information that was suppose to be private. (I filed July 2023.) I later found out that the RA that answered my call wasn't even in the state where I forming my business. I'll spare you all the details and just say I paid Northwest to treat me like an idiot and waste my time and money. I had to dissolve the company and am working on starting over. Heres hoping they are all exposed to asbestos.
If you live in Tennessee DO NOT USE INCFILE. THEIR REGISTERED AGENTS DO NOT OPERATE IN TENNESSEE. You’re better off using northwest and just paying the extra 100$ in total unless you want to go through 5 3rd party venders
