‘I don’t like the looks of the Tusk’ 😂 You’re not the only one. I have a set of their Traverse panniers, which are really nice for the money, but that big ass logo sucks. I took a Sharpie and blacked it out.
I heated the insert piece and bent it on the corners so it sat flat. Mine also comes loose, the buckles are rubbish and I have e complained to lone rider.
I bought the panniers about a month ago, very nice and hope to not have to buy panniers again for a very long time. It takes a little work to fit the panniers to a non-GS, I have a Norden with Touratech racks.

@@xpeditionpgh Thanks for the video. I am getting a 2024 Africa twin and may go with soft bags since I have had hard bags on the last 2 bikes. I am leaning towards mosko moto but we'll see. Thanks for a very good review ,all info is good info. Oh and get that wiring cleaned up.

But you should not have to do that on high end luggage like this. It’s a really lazy design.
I like the bag and hate the mounting system. I have an OG American made Wolfman Rollie that is so simple to mount and so versatile.
