    I do like that system. I always remember a quote by Justin Rhodes (homesteader). He said “I’m not doing chores, I’m making videos about doing chores”. Every time I feel like the recording of something is taking too much time, I remind myself about that. In my case it might be, “I’m not weaving, I’m making videos about weaving”. It’s okay if things take significantly longer. That’s the point of doing it.

    I always enjoy seeing these behind-the-scenes vlogging 'secrets' (specifically remember when you put your camera in your fridge!). My content is different than yours, but I always learn something that I can put into action.

    Than you for the breakdown on doing transitions! You said to think of it like multiple cameras are filming you and that resonated with me. I have watched many people show exactly how to do transitions but for some reason the way i learn is a bit different and that one sentence really pieced it together for me!!

    This video made me miss some of the old BTS/analytics content but also I'm such a sucker for a vlog I'm living for vlogmas so far. As a creator who's always trying to grow myself but without the budget for a new camera I love seeing things like this where it's tips how to upgrade your content without having to shell out a ton on new things.

    This was a really enlightening video. I've been interested in trying vlog-style videos, but as a gaming channel, it's not typically done or associated with gaming content.     And THIS is why it's not just "getting in the shower" (or cleaning in my case) .... it takes 3x as long to film because you have to re do everything over and over for the different shots

    OKAY I LOVED THIS VIDEO! I found it so helpful but could you maybe talk more about your strategy when it comes to editing and keeping the viewer engaged but not making it edited? like every (x) second do you try and change it up by adding the zoom in and out effects of changing to another clip? I hope that made sense!
