Nice informative Video Dr. Chodak. Unfortunately, you did not offer the treatment option of Pelvic Floor Exercises. Correctly performing pelvic floor exercises works VERY WELL for resolving urinary incontinence and avoids the side effects of medication and surgery. You should connect with a pelvic floor physical therapist for treatment.
Good video. ..but why doesn't someone invent an external catheter that surrounds the pens. ..dreading going to sleep tonight as I've just had the catheter removed
Anyone here tried the Emsella chair that works by sending magnetic pulses into the pelvic floor triggering what is claimed to be 1000's of automatic Kegel exercises to the muscles? I have talked to one man who says it helped him immensely--but it is costly and not covered by insurance.
