Its better to not create himachal a concrete jungle. They have a decent population and beautiful land.. Better leave that place a hills station only..The state should have have strict rules for outsiders..If that 118 rule was not their the state would be mere concrete.

As per Section 118 not residential Himachali can't buy property in Himachal Pradesh.

sir i have a query, if i have a build up property i.e, a factory running at baddi, and it got registered by the name as a pvt. ltd. company, but now it has been converted into a limited company, then what could be the procedure to change the legal title of the said factory. Note: the pvt. limited company's name is no more in existence.

It is not good idea to buy the land in himachal pradesh for everyone in india because if population of himachal increases glacier wont be there anymore due to heat. Thats why native of himachal pradesh are serious about this issue and i think it is not wrong either.

If you are buying built up property in municipal limits even after registration do you have a right to the land. What happens when the built up property if it is destroyed in an earthquake. Can you rebuild on that land again your house? Is the land yours? I doubt it
