    Dear Sir, thanks for your informative videos on land purchase..this is very informative and surely making things much easier to understand while buying land. I have on doubt . While I was trying to buy small land parcel in hinjewadi Pune of 5 guntha I was told the 7/12 can not be transferred to my name as the land parcel is less then 11 guntha. I searched on net but didn't get any such offical rule.. can you please share your views

      But hum aapko rajasthan me farmer bna sakte hai.
