I respect the laws for protecting the nature and livelihood of Himachalis but what about other states? We also should have same rights, we also need to earn livelihood. There are many Himachalis living in Delhi, UP, having properties and running businesses.

Hindu Succession Act supercede Himachal Pradesh tenancy and land reforms act section 118, therefore a person from other state can also become a Himachali Agriculturist by inheritance! ✌️

mujhe agle saal 20 years hojaenge rehte huye himachal mein. me yaha ka bonafide ban jaunga. Kya me plot kharid skta hu MC area mein as a non-agriculturist??
Plot purchase karne k liye Bonafide allowed nahi hai. Only Himachali Agriculturist purchase kar sakta hai. But agar aap plot purchase karna chahte hai toh aapko Municipal Limits mein mil jayega, Section-118 k approval k sath. Zyaada Behtar jaankari k liye aap hume connect kar sakte hai @7035-7035-21 par.

No, Husband and wife can not buy more than 500sq. metres of Land. For buying land you need a approval under Section-118 in Municipal corporation area. In Non-municipal areas you can buy only Built-up properties. For more details please connect us @7035-7035-21.
