The road is looking a lot less paved than usual.
During the early days, it seemed like half the stage was the "road."
quincy
And don’t forget in “Money Game”, “03” was “El Cheapo” and that indicated as a “$”.
Two Days before Jenny Foxworth Disney character from Oliver and Company's 13th Birthday
They had old models on the show looked well over 40 but still beautiful
Yup totally...Janice is actually 50 here, Diane only months before leaving is 48, Kathleen 42 and Baby Holly is 41
I 💓Holly! 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
@@dy1497 Holly is actually still 40 in April 1993. She turned 41 on August 24 of that year. But I don't think the models looked their ages at all...they looked great! Holly especially looked fabulous...could've passed for 30 easily!
😂🤣😂
@@dy1497 and all friggin' gorgeous and young looking!
Do you have any episodes from The 1989 1990 season

Hockey Equipment: $550
Color TVs: $650
1st Showcase: $20,000

maybe it is cap at 10k i thought i was seeing people with like 25k or more maybe they upped the amounts from inflation!
I see there are children in the audience. I guess because they saw tapings of other game shows like "Family Feud" & "Wheel Of Fortune"?
Children were at one time allowed in the TPIR audience. Perhaps they didn't have every seat filled, and the children were kids of people who worked on the show at the time. TPIR usually had a full audience in the Barker days, but not always. Not the case now I believe(when not in a pandemic). I think this comes from a SUmmer rerun airing with the references to shows premiering in late August.,
when did they extend the spin wheel when the vet got 2 100 spins in a row she got 10,000$ ! nowdays i think u spin spinspinspin if u keep getting the 100 what is the cap!
Is this what on now at 11am?
Golden Road (lost)
Magic Number (won)
Secret X (lost)
Swap Meet (won)
Super Saver (won)
Money Game (won)
Thanks for telling me.
How many times (including this episode) was Secret "X" played perfectly but still wasn't won? Also, wasn't this the reason why "Joker" was retired, but why not this game or "Five Price Tags"?
I guess it's because the rules in Joker were too complicated. People like an element of chance, so Secret X and Five Price Tags are still played. Punch-A-Bunch and Plinko can also be played perfectly and be either lost or have a low win amount. It's the element of chance and easier rules that make games popular.
was trying to find an episode i prolly watched when i was a pup back with my dad back in the day oh yea the bottom and sides flickering oh ya the good oh days!!
