That's how I grew up. Always show respect. I was about 16, and I was going over to my uncle's with my dad. I mentioned" we're going over to Jesse's " without putting the uncle in front of that name. He pulled the car over , parked over to the side of the road. I got a nice lecture, " you will use Uncle Jesse, you will show respect,"
Uncle Ted, I listen to your song Fred Bear every single time im headed to my hunting lease. It always puts me into the mood to hunt and it always helps me feel closer to nature and the spirit of the wild!! Keep being you and doing what you do! Uncle Ted for President!!!!!

Still love him though, I play Fred bear a lot before I go out to the woods lol, my step dad played it on the radio one day while him, me and my little brother was on our way to mow my grandma's grass but I had a Fred bear, killed my first deer with a fread bear, actually I kill d most of my deer with a fred bear, but since that day I've always followed you Uncle Ted

One thing is obvious... there's no bigger fan of Ted Nugent than Ted Nugent. Him saying he's not in the R&R Hall of Fame only because he doesn't do drugs is hilarious. I wonder how Dolly Parton (not known for her drug use!) got in while he didn't?
Another thing is obvious ... no single act or band drew more attendance in 1978, 1979 and 1980 in the WORLD. Also, no other act is credited for having the following OPENING bands: Aerosmith, AC/DC, Lynyrd Skynrd, Styx, Scorpions, Bad Company, ZZ Top, and Rush. He was the epitome of a rock star. Don't let your politics cloud reality. Anyway ... back to talking about deer hunting.
@@DDHONLINE So he was a big deal for 3 years roughly 45 years ago. Wow. And I guess the sheer poetry of songs like "Wang Dang Sweet Poontang" can't be ignored... an ode to molesting teenage girls that no doubt was an inspiration to his pal Trump and his "grab 'em by the poontang" philosophy. The fact that Ted's a creep is common knowledge.
But my point was about his lame claim that he has been passed over for admission into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame solely because he doesn't use drugs, which absolutely nobody cares about one way or another. Plenty of far better musicians and songwriters who have done drugs have been passed over as well. No one takes that institution seriously, so maybe Nugent should stop whining.
