I really enjoyed this (except the side lying leg lifts towards the end haha). The timing made it a good challenge for the muscle but the breaks and descending time made it doable and it almost felt like a no repeat, even with 3 rounds through. Thanks Penny - this was great!

Hi Sara, you could definitely adds some cardio at the end if you like but if you’re just starting out. I would recommend walking everyday and then 3 strength workouts.
