    I just LOVE your workouts. You get in, get it done, and get out. So effective and efficient. I prefer strength-based stuff vs cardio, so this was right up my alley. Loved it! 🍑

    Great video! The timing is spot on. These exercises are awesome. Question for you... have you ever tried Next Level Diet? I got a muscle-building meal plan from them that's worked wonders for me.

    Penny, I did this workout yesterday and OMG! Not to be too graphic but trying to use the ladies room today I basically had to assist myself when sitting down 😂😂 I am so sore but I am loving every minute of it!

    I really enjoyed this (except the side lying leg lifts towards the end haha). The timing made it a good challenge for the muscle but the breaks and descending time made it doable and it almost felt like a no repeat, even with 3 rounds through. Thanks Penny - this was great!

    Hi Penny! I'm getting back to working out! Would you recommend to do this with a cardio session to lose fat at the end?

      Hi Sara, you could definitely adds some cardio at the end if you like but if you’re just starting out. I would recommend walking everyday and then 3 strength workouts.

    🔥 That was intense. For those counting MEPS that was 190 for me, definitely higher than usual.
