    Welcome to Mindfulness Mondays! I invite you to join me as I commit to bringing more mindfulness into my own life and more healing resources to this beautiful community. May we grow in our lives and mindful practices, together. To improve my own accountability to myself and create structure in my practice, I invested in a mindfulness meditation teacher certification program and will be leveraging resources from the program (shared below) with permission and encouragement as part of growing as both a student and future teacher of mindfulness meditation practices. I invite all reflections, comments, and kind, compassionately communicated constructive feedback as I seek to continuously improve the experience for you.
