  • The intention of this guided meditation is to help you process feelings of sadness and hopelessness. I invite you to be present with whatever decides to show up during practice. This is a difficult thing to do and I'm glad you're here. Choose a comfortable lying down or seated position. You'll be guided through different parts of the body as you breathe gently, practicing a yoga breathing technique called Aharana Pranayama.

Remember: 1. It's okay to feel this way. 2. You won't always feel this way, and 3. You're not alone. 🙏🏻

I’m so sorry to hear, and I sincerely hope this helps. It’s so difficult to sit with these feelings, yet can be healing over time if we’re courageous enough to try.

I’m a psychology student, originally was not really interested in meditation or mindfulness as in my cultural context, the practice is always tied to religious practice. Until my professor taught about mindfulness in the lectures, so I learned more aspects of it than ones that I knew and opened up to experience more new mindfulness practices. Today I got triggered by a sad thought, it is a good opportunity to attempt meditation for sadness. I came across your video and it is very helpful. I felt at more ease and my sadness faded into 7 minutes. Thank you so much. I really appreciate this.

Wow. I want introduced to meditation a year ago and have practiced several times a week with varying success. This has been by far the most effective guided meditation video I’ve watched out of hundreds. From your tone, to the message of this video, language used, approach to regrounding and feeling safe in my body, and the clear sincerity in your voice, I’m so grateful to have found your channel.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share how this meditation went for you. I’m really touched by what you said. I recorded this practice when I was going through a tough time, and it was vulnerable to share it, but I’m really glad I did.

Namashkaram sister ,. My past husband's...approach to height of annoyance everyday . My children manipulated by him, my mom is totally against and kept showering her bitterness and to change my idea to drop everything on my studies and career ..
I lost my employment ,though I know the soultion...I was not competence enough to execute the steps to overcome any challenges....
I lost my money , my money for hacked by some internet intruders..
Everyday is like hell ,intentions to clear my debts ,meet family expenses, .....
All i find a peace of mind that's I'm responsible for my action..not for any others action ..
    Im responsive not reactive ..
I'm a Divine soul connected to other souls for healing and contribute..
