They say that chronic loneliness is a by product of co dependance. We were not created to be alone though. We are social species.
I love myself as a person and I enjoy doing things alone but we do better with acknowledgement and being seen and known.

I need this and I am so grateful for Beckwith and his teachings. I’m very new to meditation and I always judge myself about how I am not doing it properly.
