i have too much to transmit to others now, to give to others to be alright all by myself. i have spent enough time being by myself. i can not calm it down. my life force is pushing me to go out there and share with others.
They say that chronic loneliness is a by product of co dependance. We were not created to be alone though. We are social species. I love myself as a person and I enjoy doing things alone but we do better with acknowledgement and being seen and known.
I need this and I am so grateful for Beckwith and his teachings. I’m very new to meditation and I always judge myself about how I am not doing it properly. Beckwith really and truly has helped me find patience and understanding through it. I find such bliss out of hearing what he shares and I am looking forward to speaking with him one day so I may thank him in person. I love you, Mr. Beckwith. You have helped me through this trying time in my life.

I gotta ask, the way you sit with the emotion/feeling of feeling good about yourself, this kinda reminds me of lovinig-kindness meditation/metta meditation, is this a correct assesment?
