    After 5 years on keto, and losing 35+ lbs, I have added a little more than 10 lbs. No dietary creep per glucose meter & am aiming for a more ketovore diet also. I see my Dr. in October to check my thyroid, which can cause fatigue & wt gain. I love your helpful videos. Don't get discouraged friend. Wt isn't the only marker for health. Keep on posting!       Mary, what kind of foods are you now eating? I just made some Ketovore bread out of pork rind crumbs -- it's pretty good but a little eggy. I'll try it next time with fewer eggs and more cheese.
