I have depression, anxiety, ocd, fibromyalgia, Jesus what was my point? Oh yeah!! I understand what you are going through. Getting focus can be very hard!!! Just pick one little thing that you can easily do, consecutively for a set period of time. Anything. It could even just be a promise to yourself that you will shower every day. And no matter how depressed you are you put your nasty ass in the shower!! ( I shower my nasty ass at 645am every single day) following through on that one simple thing will help so much! I schedule everything. It really helps keep me going. Much less serious suicidal thoughts that way! Lol yeah 😋 but it helps me, and maybe it could help you! Stay strong! One moment at a time!! 💜
