Hello sir i have 1.10 years or exp with java development in usa based client project and have hands on with spring boot, spring security, JPA/Hibernate and microservices, still i get few interview calls but at the end they refuse to go further becase of 90 days notice period. Other than that most of the MNC have the java developer openings for 3+ exp. hardly any MNC except few like tcs have less than 3 years exp req.
Currently not a right time for switch...companies are going with strict budget...try after diwali

Build some projects... There are lot of job openings coming from tcs for freshers ...you can try that.
You can try associate job as well but they should not give you any support project
