As a 30 yr jobless man who is starting to learn full stack n just learning beginner Java right now . Really needed this to understand the path or habits... Big dreams require constant daily efforts.
These coding habits will make you a great engineer. However, it is the business mindset / market awareness that will actually fetch you a 4cr package ( I am assuming it is a global company since no local company pays this much). Would love to know about how to market oneself and then finally capitalize on the opportunity. Keep up the great work and you are one of the most genuine out there.
Video is informative. This year, this is the most sensible technical video I have watched so far. The title appears to be quite misleading (looks like a click bait). Perhaps a better title could be "Good coding habits that can fetch a great salary package" or something similar.
Great video man. I am afraid of lot of things Coding and in general. I am from arts background don't even know high school maths but I've worked hard to grasp the concepts of coding. Even for the basic ones i had struggled a lot felt like almost crying, but now after almost a year i am comfortable in it. Even though I have a long way to go still i am overcoming my fears and learning more and more. Hope this year I'll be able to grab an entry level job.
Disclaimer: My Takeaways!, As per my understanding. 1. Basics Strong and Be flexible, don't get comfort zoned. 2. Get habitual of terminal, as at a high end level no one will design a GUI to make your work easy. You would be communicating a server from far away using a terminal so be really good at it. 3. Out of my understanding :/ 4.CI/CD in my understanding it is the evolution of the code, like for example if facebook's code was posted there we could see how Facebook evolved by each update in the code. Basically tracking the changes through each commit in a easy way then then getting a repository at the local computer and then checking it out. Nah I m not that smart 😂 you are being modest 5. Contribute to Open source! 6. Surround yourself with good knowledge sources and mark it well so that you won't leave it( I think it was the first time you used that F on the RUclips channel 😁)
3rd point is basically Vcs like git,git is a distributed versions control system and i am not talking about github it is different it made from vcs.get a strong understanding about git that is what is he is trying to say
Most people say Javascript is a single threaded, interpreter based but due to developments in javascript engine V8, javascript is now just in time compiler based which removes it's its biggest drawback.
Still, not faster than Golang, Rust, Java. But hey, there'll always be something faster in town. Also, JavaScript is easier to write than Rust and Golang, because they have some more boilerplate code. Developer experience matters.

Jee is fine and all but in the end placements are mostly in IT right? I mean if you go to IIT then also there's no guarantee you'll get placed in your respective field other than IT.
Damn I am currently following the odin project course as of now and all of what you mention is what they teach early on. Things like VCS, terminal are heavily emphasised on in the course and now I know why. Also I think the emphasis on good commit messages was a good initiative by TOP.

Hey bhaiya, I need a bit of your advice. I am about to give my 12th examination and I have two options after that: 1. Take a drop year and prepare for jee and work really hard to get computer science branch. (which my parents are really emphasizing on);(I hate it because of trash theory there too-because I am never going to use it-) 2. Learn Web development on my own in that year and start a youtube channel and ofcourse, read self-development books. (I want to do it) Btw, I love Computer Science more than any other subjects and this decision is eating me. I want to open a startup that teaches kids vedic maths after learning web development.
Prepare for jee. They're are so many coaching centres that teach kids Vedic maths. Plus, Vedic maths is mostly useless. Learning abacus is much more beneficial.

You can also use open (in MacOS) or xdg-open (in Linux) to open anything from the command line.

You don't need more than class 6th math to be a hireable web/app developer. Also don't actively learn prerequisites, learn things as you go.

One suggestion to Harkirat Singh. You are mixing Hindi and English too frequently, that too speaking Hindi too fast in your accent. This is making the presentation less attractive. Would have been great if you stick to only English. You could make seperate video for Hindi audience. But for milions of non Hindi speakers, this habit of explaining in Hinglish is making it difficult to understand your explanation. Thank you

Hi, can someone explain me the below code related to file handling in C++. I have a doubt here in the code.

As per logic f_in>>ch should be written first, then cout statement but when I do so, its giving incorrect output as Hello!!, whereas if the above code order is followed then its giving the correct output as Hello! , with proper '!' in the end . Please explain what's happening, and where I am getting it wrong. Thanks in advance.

I was also facing the same problem then I was just paste it out on my stackoveflow then I got the video from one of their contributor then i was started to learn version control system...... or all git commands I think your mistake was......to setup upstream or change the branch master to main.........branch
