Just fantastic! The world is certainly a better place with you both in it. Love this podcast too, you're all brilliant. What a mess this world is at the moment. Thank you all so much. ❤😊

I have finally listened to exactly what is going on with our food industry as a whole!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!! It’s infuriating how much we are controlled even when we think we are not! We can only try to do better when we know better …definitely!! 🙏

Love this and the both of you. We are always so confused at how to offset all of the kaka in the food, the air, all the products in your house, your surroundings. As people become health conscious, it gets so much harder to grocery shop due to reading all of the ingredients. This was super helpful, even reminder about airband water purifiers. Every little bit makes a difference.

Thank you so much for this. It's confirming ALL of my "phobias." My family thinks I'm crazy, but I know this information is true

Hi Heal Squaders, does anyone know what kind of water filtration system Maria recommends? I heard reverse osmosis takes out beneficial minerals & isn't a great longterm solution. Thanks in advance.

PLEASE Maria can you talk about the major push lately regarding hrt for women and. its supposedly “ very safe “ health benefits? is this another way to have the “ silver economy”:hooked on big pharma?

Hey beautifuls thanks❣️ I truly believe the low hanging fruit is...FRUIT! I would love to hear more people spreading the good fruity word:D Maria, MM actually lists corn under his foods to avoid for healing chronic illness list (and eggs, dairy, and farmed fish)--goes into why. He actually did a vid last month about the processed food propaganda which is worth peeking at but yeah said in there that yeah processed foods are bad but what's really making people sick are all the viruses (been talking more and more about where these all come from)--overwhelming but thankfully he has God-given remedies (direct from Spirit of Compassion❤️) that are cutting thru all confusion and helping people heal and get their lives back--like millions of people--he's helped me get over my fruit fear which is transforming my life--I mean just Google wild blueberry and medical medium and you're off!🤪

With lectins, they are now saying that to just soak those beans properly or buy the organic canned beans from Eden brand. No lead in their cans either, 40:45

I enjoy your podcast but the bad language isn't necessary. It would be nice if you and your guest would consider others that don't talk like that. :)

I love the colorful language. Especially when they express their anger at the food industry. Hope they stay themselves and not worry about the easily offended.

I’d love to watch with my kids around so I resonate with this comment. Has nothing to do with being offended. 😊

Costco has pistachios. Shelled and in the shell. What’s the deal about pushing macys

Jillian should stick to her lane and not topic surf with lil to no real information to share other than providing the “expert” she knows or the book she read. Next time have the actual expert on and not a face to the cause. It was hard to listen to and follow being very scattered and incoherent at best.
As for the comment on nightshades…for those with autoimmune disease this is a very real food sensitivity and where she lost me.

She doesn’t seem to favor a vegan diet , seems like she’s into dead flesh. But then she brings up fiber like it’s very important. But since when does flesh have fiber!

You’re not completely right about at least getting the thinner skinned produce . Because cucumbers are on the dirty dozen and their skin is a bit thicker

I just eat animal fats and animal protein. Never felt better in my 50 years of life. No more post menopausal symptoms. No more bloating, inflammation, dry skin, hemorrhoids or joint pain. Plus I don’t get sunburn, been sick, and I no longer have seasonal allergies. 🐂🐄🐖🐓🥩🧈🥓🥚
