This is the first time I've ever seen an AI be prepared to trade their cities for peace. Do you have any idea or intuition under which circumstances they are prepared to do this, because I didn't even think it was possible for them to agree.
Oh they do it all the time. You just have to be winning the war. Note they won't give you cities if you're giving them anything other than peace itself. That's because in past civ games, you could trade cities with the AI at any time and it was super abuseable.
@@suedeciviii7142 That could be it. Maybe also because I also tend to try it when they don't have many cities left. I am going all in on this tactic from now on.

How come the Mayans have got 4 luxuries while some civs have 0? Is it not connected to spawn locations?
the more you fuck with the map settings the worse it gets. large map, 80% water archi will do that
