Practising - and slow Down. Draw one at The time spread across The lashline and add mor and more. Remember different direktions. Looket yourself and reference pictures ✏️💪🏼🤓🍀
Many of people say me blending stump helps good in blending and some of them says brush works good then blending stump and I'm confused please tell which works good for blending

I prefer the brush, but a blending stump is also FINE! :) Alternatively you can use a cotton bud or even your fingers :)

why does shading look so much better when the light is darker
It creates the illusion of depth as highlights creates the illusion of protrusion

No I don’t think so. It’s impossible to blend the marker so you might ruin the drawing.
