You should try making the cutting edges with uneven angular separation (in the spindexer). That will make it cut even cleaner :)
Look at the high end countersinks from brands like Alpen, they all have uneven flutes to cut cleaner, and it works fantastic, even more so in handheld operation.

Good work, but who has the time and labor to make a countersink? It would be much better if you made one with replaceable carbide inserts.
