Video is dope bro, don’t get discouraged if people aren’t subscribing they must be forgetting... your content is very good, fun, entertaining, and you have a bright future here, remember “ He who is patient is a mighty man”
Super nice to say man that means a lot! Yeah I figured I needed something to separate my video from a generic “what’s in my cam bag” and an interesting intro was all I could come up with haha
I can tell with how much love the intro sequence was made - really love it! Tbh it made me log into my Account just for leaving this comment haha. You also got my subscribtion for sure :)
Appreciate that brother! The A7iii is a super powerful cam, if the lenses were cheaper I would tell everyone to get this camera. I built a decent kit around the a6500 and the lenses are a lot more affordable, id start there, maybe a 6100/6400 and then go from there!
Do you film professional videos for clients? If so, can you talk about how you initiated the business deal and how much you should ask for when you’re just starting out?
That’s an awesome idea! I’ll put this into the list of vid ideas but here are the basics. Shoot for cheap to get started and use those opportunities to learn. Learn your gear, learn to edit better, learn to be confident about your work, learn to work as a team etc. When you’ve got a few projects to show that you know what you’re doing, decide on a rate that you’re comfortable earning and add 1.5X to that. It sounds steep but if clients are going to undercut you, chances are they aren’t a client you want to work with long term. And repeat. Im by no means a master at this what so ever but this is what I’ve done and it’s working out well so far
Joey Alford Yo that was such a detailed response lol. Thank you so much! You should definitely make a video on this topic bro. You say you aren’t a pro, but in due time you will be my friend! Your videos definitely motivate me to film & make content!
It’s pretty cool. The workflow is kind of slow unless you plan to use the mobile app to reframe everything.. I’m trying to get a really solid grasp on the cameras pros and cons before I publish an official review!
Very cool stop motion. You really nailed the animation on the Gorillapod, gave it a sense of true movement.
