Can we get the skaters to call their tricks before they start? Like 5 times in this game I had no idea which trick was supposed to be the set trick

It would make sense in the women’s version where a simple stall or 50-50 could be the trick in the men’s it’s usually easy to tell

I wish there would be a no pads rule for these events. Bring back the danger into skating. Its so boring watching 10 year olds doing 540s sliding out every second trick. Edit: I am not against wearing protection to prevent injury on accidents, but using them as a tool to make everything easy is like riding your bike with permament support wheels on each side. Whats the point?

I like it when people think "everyone is doing it" is a valid argument. Anyways, can you give any reason why my bike analogy does not make sense? Using support wheels to not slam your bike sounds the same to me as sliding out on knee pads.
How do the pads aid in landing a trick? They’re just a fail safe for when you bail. I’m failing to understand your argument as anything other than “people are too soft these days. Back in my day…” Nobody cares dude.
