Dough is bad too bad, too heavy and unhealthy... Never use brioche to make buger, it is too heavy dough and he or she use too much sugar... This is bad food.
I'm mostly impressed by how disciplined he is. Not only will he make an amazing burger, but every customer will consistently get the same amazing burger every time, because he weighs things, dates things, and is clean. Excellent sense of ownership.

OMG it’s doesn’t matter what’s the cost for this sandwich. I will willing to pay for it with no questions ask. With all of the efforts this man went through to making this sandwich. I called it a gourmet burger and without hesitation I will call it a best sandwich I ever witnessed it in the making.

I once had a bit of a blip with a salad spinner. I was merrily working through several lettuces, washing & spinning, of course I got bored. I wasn’t concentrating and it fly all over 😂 finely cut lettuce everywhere 😂 and water of course

But if we’re going for value I agree even with drink and fries 15 bucks is pushing it. That’s like beach prices. Sadly though there are places who regularly charge more for worse food so it could end up being that price soon because of demand.

Unfortunately, people have been mislead about vegetable (seed) oil, so all of these works were for naught. Seed oil was in everything from mayo to deep fryers. Foods need to be thrown out.
