    INGREDIENTS For an 18 to 20 cm mold (for 7 to 8 people):
    For the Pistachio Puree:
    - 1 tablespoon of neutral oil
    - 200 g of natural pistachios
    For the Base:
    - 180 g of Biscuits of your choice
    - 80 g of Butter
    - 30 g crushed pistachios (or replace the quantity with biscuits)
    For the Cheesecake Cream:
    - 180 g of Full Liquid Cream (30% fat)
    - 300 g of Philadelphia Cheese
    - 250 of Mascarpone
    - 5 tablespoons of icing sugar
    - Around 120 g of Pistachio Puree
    For Decoration:
    - 50 g of white chocolate
    - 3 tablespoons of neutral oil
    - About 3 tablespoons of pistachio puree
