Mikhail it lasted a week for me but I usually wash my hair twice a week and throughout the days I don’t wash my hair , I just use leave in conditioner (Garnier Leave In Conditioner) to give it the moisture it needs ✨

Also, start deep conditioning to get that moisture back and i’d recommend the brand shea moisture. i’ve heard many great things about them and just bought their shampoo and conditioner plus the curling smoothie!

you need to start deep conditioning and take biotin supplements!!! maybe start putting oil into your hair before showering the next day? see if your hair likes it!
