it is unreal how all their albums can sound so different style wise, but thrice still has a signature sound somehow. that's makes no sense. excellent musicians
Dustins voice is the signature that keeps aging beautifully. ( Not to take away from the band, I love them so much)
They're real artists. Love that they have never conformed to the people who just wanted Deadbolt Thrice or 1 sound Thrice.

Vheissu was pretty big, I remember seeing commercials for it on TV. On Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block, if I remember correctly.
@@jaynes7131 I don't think they will ever reach U2 or Red Hot chili peppers notoriety, nor do I want them to. But they are way better than bands like Seether or Three Days Grace and deserve to be on that kind of tier.

Believe it or not, The Dark and The Grey are likely the weakest tracks. That's how good the rest of it is.

This is a song to wake up to, and to live by.
Loving the theme and messages of each song released, the shades, leaving the dark, understanding the grey. They always sing meaningful songs, one of the best lyricists ever. And the musicality is not sacrificed. Love the riff.
the background music is the thing that does really brings the sadness in the song, but also kind of a feeling for hope. awesome song..

This song is so damn good live. I just wish they would play the ending part a few more times over on the studio version. They really let that part breathe live, and did it for a solid minute, and it was so damn powerful.

They’re honestly incredible and each song has such a great meaning and I love how they include fans to actually make us feel apart of everything and like that we really do matter, the ending adds so much feeling to the song and it’s so incredibly unfair and annoying that they’re not as big as they should be they deserve so much recognition they’re one of the only good bands around and there’s so many shite ones that are massive leaving the actually good ones not as known as they should be.

I really apreciate what the Brekenridge brothers pulled out from the track, but I'm not really into the song in general. But I'll wait for the whole album.
