However the judge is a person that is paid millions of dollars just to be able to judge your case fairly and decide an outcome that is justifiable. A judge has education of law and many years experience. They finally met up, did the deed. The other day, she called him and tell him she felt she was pressured and forced to do it by him. Next thing he knows, police came for him while at work, cuff him and threw him in the cruiser. He told them he was innocent even showed them the texts. Funny enough, he went to court but she didn't show and neither was she answering her phone. So the judge decided to proceed with the case even if she didn't show up to testify, even with the texts as evidence. The judge told him consent can be retracted so the texts are useless. He didn't go to jail but had to pay ALOT of money. His life was destroyed, couldn't get a job after that. I heard the lady that accused him moved away, apparently she felt guilt or something after the case was set. No wonder she didn't show, but the damage was done.

I lost one of my closest friend to a similar incident. 2 years back ( we were 15), He had just broken up with a girl he had dated for 6 months. She and her parents filed a rape case against him, cops took him "to keep under custody until further notice" and he was expelled from school. My dad, a lawyer (who was out of town when all this happened) , went to the station ( at this point it had almost been a week) and after hours of arguing and explaining they finally dropped charges. But it was too late. Three days later he jumped from the balcony of his 6th floor apartment leaving a note which said " Everything was ruined". You know what the saddest part is? That girl and her parents ruined his life and they're living happily while my friend's parents are still depressed and traumatized.

I worked with a girl who sexually harassed me pretty much the entire time she worked there. She'd constantly make crude sexual comments like "(Male coworker) was asking me who I would f*ck if I didn't have a boyfriend and I told him it was you." Simply asking her to stop did nothing. After about half a year, she gets sick of me ignoring her and refusing her sexual advances (even though she already had a boyfriend), so she starts telling everyone at work that I'm being "Abusive to her" and "yelling and screaming at her" at work. Now, there's lots of cameras, and we're never even close to the only two people there, so if I yelled at her (or anyone), tons of people would hear it and obviously I'd be in big trouble right away. And obviously that never happened because I never so much as raised my voice at her, or anyone. I heard about this right as I was taking about a week off of work, and it frustrated the hell out of me and I knew I couldn't wait a week to do anything about it, so I responded to one of the dozens of messages she'd sent me (which I had never replied to any of them before now), and I told her as bluntly as I could something along the lines of "Leave me the hell alone. I'm sick of your stupid drama. I have never wanted to talk to you. If you really think I'm being "abusive", then stop going out of your way to talk to me (implying how her claims were bullsh*t)." She deleted her facebook account, making a big deal when she told everyone that it was because this guy at work had sent her a really mean message, which she made sure to show everyone, as though I was the crazy one. Because yea, when you send someone dozens of messages and they finally respond with one telling you to leave them alone, *they're* the crazy one -_- After that, she barely said a word to me for the next month or two until she left for another job. My one main regret is that I didn't complain to the head manager or get corporate involved right from the beginning. They're incredibly pathetic, and I knew nothing would come of it. Literally, there was someone who threatened to stab a coworker his first week at the job and they promoted him to manager and he worked there for another year before getting fired for something that almost got the companies sued, but that's another story. My point is how pathetically handled management was. But still, I would recommend reporting this kind of behavior immediately. So later, when someone does throw a false accusation at you of any kind, you at least have it on record that they've been harassing you. Plus, at the point where she made these accusations, I would have had more ground to threaten to sue or something that would have actually gotten them to f*cking do something for once.

I had a friend who was dating a girl he worked with. They sent a lot of lewd texts of the things they'll do to each other when they finally get the chance to snu-snu. They finally met up, did the deed. The other day, she called him and tell him she felt she was pressured and forced to do it by him. Next thing he knows, police came for him while at work, cuff him and threw him in the cruiser. He told them he was innocent even showed them the texts. Funny enough, he went to court but she didn't show and neither was she answering her phone. So the judge decided to proceed with the case even if she didn't show up to testify, even with the texts as evidence. The judge told him consent can be retracted so the texts are useless. He didn't go to jail but had to pay ALOT of money. His life was destroyed, couldn't get a job after that. I heard the lady that accused him moved away, apparently she felt guilt or something after the case was set. No wonder she didn't show, but the damage was done.
It's not just a false accusation, it's consider lying under oath so technically it's a crime so she should get jailtime

I grew up with women. All sisters and a single mother, raised Always to love and respect women, and one day a women hurt me. One day I went from protector, to a “monster” .It turned me all around. Really shows you how people can try and kill the light within you. It damaged a real big part of me. Clubs, associations, education, I lost it all. And whatever I didn’t lose, I couldn’t continue because of depression and suicidal thoughts. I felt like everyone hated me, no matter what I say. No one believes me, why does no one believe me.
Fast forward now, 4-5 years later. I realize everyone is evil. All women are not equal, all men aren’t either. People will do bad things in life. Why me? I used to ask, well gods warriors are often faced w the hardest battles. It shattered my persona psychologically and for that I am much more careful about who I allow in my circle, as a friend, aquaintqnce and even lover. My sexual space is sacred. My energy is too, I must be goal driven. And refuse to try and always “Help” people. Some of these people NEED YOU to fall, in order for them to rise. Remember that. Fast forward now, I’m much stronger, pain causes strength. I’m less of an idiot. Low level people. Stay away from them. Quit trying to “help” everyone. They don’t need your help. You need your help. I lost one of my closest friend to a similar incident. 2 years back ( we were 15), He had just broken up with a girl he had dated for 6 months. She and her parents filed a rape case against him, cops took him "to keep under custody until further notice" and he was expelled from school. My dad, a lawyer (who was out of town when all this happened) , went to the station ( at this point it had almost been a week) and after hours of arguing and explaining they finally dropped charges. But it was too late. Three days later he jumped from the balcony of his 6th floor apartment leaving a note which said " Everything was ruined".
You know what the saddest part is? That girl and her parents ruined his life and they're living happily while my friend's parents are still depressed and traumatized.

This legit happened to a young man. He was going to go to college on a football scholarship to but ended up going to jail for 4 years before she told the truth
Went to school with two young standout football players. They were smart and the whole package nice young gentleman honestly.
Both were falsely accused of rape after her mother caught them skipping school to have a threesome took her almost two years before she admitted to it. The boys who are now young MEN by this point lost all hopes at football and college all because a IMMATURE LITTLE GIRL couldnt admit to her mother she was a freak.
Some girls even do that out of spite in case the guy doesn't give sex to them. Damn.
Its even worse that if a guy actually was raped by a woman and he pressed charges he’d be laughed off or told he was insane.

I worked with a girl who sexually harassed me pretty much the entire time she worked there. She'd constantly make crude sexual comments like "(Male coworker) was asking me who I would f*ck if I didn't have a boyfriend and I told him it was you." Simply asking her to stop did nothing. After about half a year, she gets sick of me ignoring her and refusing her sexual advances (even though she already had a boyfriend), so she starts telling everyone at work that I'm being "Abusive to her" and "yelling and screaming at her" at work. Now, there's lots of cameras, and we're never even close to the only two people there, so if I yelled at her (or anyone), tons of people would hear it and obviously I'd be in big trouble right away. And obviously that never happened because I never so much as raised my voice at her, or anyone. I heard about this right as I was taking about a week off of work, and it frustrated the hell out of me and I knew I couldn't wait a week to do anything about it, so I responded to one of the dozens of messages she'd sent me (which I had never replied to any of them before now), and I told her as bluntly as I could something along the lines of "Leave me the hell alone. I'm sick of your stupid drama. I have never wanted to talk to you. If you really think I'm being "abusive", then stop going out of your way to talk to me (implying how her claims were bullsh*t)." She deleted her facebook account, making a big deal when she told everyone that it was because this guy at work had sent her a really mean message, which she made sure to show everyone, as though I was the crazy one. Because yea, when you send someone dozens of messages and they finally respond with one telling you to leave them alone, *they're* the crazy one -_- After that, she barely said a word to me for the next month or two until she left for another job. My one main regret is that I didn't complain to the head manager or get corporate involved right from the beginning. They're incredibly pathetic, and I knew nothing would come of it. Literally, there was someone who threatened to stab a coworker his first week at the job and they promoted him to manager and he worked there for another year before getting fired for something that almost got the companies sued, but that's another story. My point is how pathetically handled management was. But still, I would recommend reporting this kind of behavior immediately. So later, when someone does throw a false accusation at you of any kind, you at least have it on record that they've been harassing you. Plus, at the point where she made these accusations, I would have had more ground to threaten to sue or something that would have actually gotten them to f*cking do something for once.

She admitted to someone that she lied, 3 years later. After I had been expelled, jumped everytime I left my house, and was outcasted for 5 years with nobody to talk to.
