I have fallen hopelessly in love with her, would never consider another breed dog. I did however, do my research before adopting. I knew I needed a female smaller dog, an older dog because of my limited mobility at that time. We have all fallen in love with her, head over heels in love.
Got our first staffy here in Hampshire England and already in love with him he is only 5 months now and I hope I will be sharing some lovely stories about him too in years to come.love staffy
My first and only dog is a staffordshire bull terrier. They're amazing companion dogs that are intelligent, loyal, fun loving and eager to please. My dog Mora is a bundle of joy and gets along with all kinds of dogs and animals. She's grown fond of a few ducks by a nearby pond. I'd definitely recommend the breed to anyone
Rescued a male Staffy two years ago this month. Never had one before cuz I believed all the stories about the breed being vicious, etc. My Staffy is the best dog I've ever owned. Love him so much. What an incredible, intelligent, loyal, affectionate and sweet dog.

My favorite breed also. I had a pet care business in NYC for almost 7 years and had exposure to many breeds, including boarding dogs while clients were on vacation. I love dogs but nothing can match staffys. They are so sweet and goofy and connected. Key word, they really connect to their human companions. They are very affectionate and really do love to please. They will warm your heart like no other breed.
O ya why don't you do something about all the people in New York who abused and abandon this breed, shelters in New York are filled with these dogs it needs to end
Thankyou for such a positive outlook on Staffy's. When bred and raised well, they really are some of the most amazing dogs, along with Pits. Devoted and loyal to the end. A lot of my friends have staffs and they play with my little cocker spaniel cross so well. They have been taught well and know whats too rough for her and that's what it's about with any dog, training them! They also protect her like one of their own, it's amazing!

I just got an Amstaff puppy a week ago he is barely 2 months, so very intelligent and as this lady said, they want to be with you all the time. The second night in I put his blanket away from my bed and right away he dragged the blanket across the floor close to the bedside that I'm sleeping in just to be close to me at night.

I'm so glad and actually grateful that a breed who's standard was written up less then a mile from where I am sitting now, has brought love and changed the minds of so many around the world. In the UK atm, there's a kind of war going on between Staff lovers and Staff haters and I fear that the haters are winning. My family have only ever had Staffs, so I would say we know what we're talking about when we speak about them. We know when they're anxious, sick or happy. I would say we know when they want to be left alone, but they never do, they always have to be next to you. If you've ever owned a Staff, you know that for as long as they are with, your settee or bed will never be your own. They love nothing more then to be next to you, whether playing, smothering you in kisses or just simply sleeping. To those who think this breed is not for you, they are the most loyal, patient and loving dog you could ever have as a member of your family. Do not hesitate to find one to bring into your fold, they will give you nothing but joy for many years.
Amazing video. My Angus is a dumpster baby and I am so thankful I happened to be at the gas station the day that jerk threw him away at 5 weeks.. He has brought so much joy to my life and I couldn't ask for a better companion! If you look close, you can see an angel above his head. He is definitely heaven sent!
Staffords got me 35 years ago when I was a teen. I’m on my fifth and sixth now... boy and girl. Best dogs ever, I’m just careful around other dogs, just in case.
Its a shame you have that fear that your staffy might hurt another dog. :( I literally dont think my staffy could harm a fly...its just not her nature. She really loves everybody! All the best to you. :)
@@johnnie1600 it's not what your dog does.... It what someone else's dog does and then a capable dog like a Staffy does in response. So yes. I agree, as a staffy owner for 20 years, I'm also careful of other dogs. It's the responsible thing to do.
I adopted a large Staffie from the rescue centre ,I think he recued me & my misses as we had recently lost our other Staffie dog ,however we took him home & let him see the garden on his own .he took a long look around as if to this ok & came in sat down with us . never leaves the garden although he could barge through the hedge easily. content to be with us anywhere ,loves going for rides in the car.

@@joeydonajkowski7744 there is NO service dog certification. I have a real service dog. I know. It requires hundreds of training hours and you get a letter from the trainer stating this dog meets all government requirements to assist someone with specific disabilities. And anyone who asks you for a certificate doesn’t know the the heck they’re talking about
she looks just like my Staffie they are a fantastic breed I have had a Staffie for 4yrs now the worst thing that can happen to me is they can kiss you to death and don't know when to stop I love my Staffordshire Bull Terrier she has a wonderful temperament she was a rescue dog she is an indoor dog has the full run of the house and also sleeps on my bed, she also gets on well with other cats and dogs and loves children I also have a miniature poodle they get on well together and also enjoy travelling in the car I have had dogs ever since I was an 8yr old boy and now I'm 74 dogs are family
I ONLY had staffys and amstaffs all my life. Cant imagine having a other breed. Most beautifull and loyal dog in the world. My current girl Had an ACL surgery today, she will be 8 yo in few weeks. Hope shes able to build muscle again. She lost a lot since the torn ACL... but these dogs are strong and dont feel pain. She didn't complain once since
I love my boy so much, he is my best friend and definitely my whole world. It makes me sick when people demonize the breed and not the people who don't know what they're doing when it comes to handling these big babies.
As you can see by my name we’re in Staffordshire England. I’ve had 7 Staffordshires and would never have anything else. Our current staffing Angus is a large sandy coloured Male. He’s 4 and without doubt the most obedient and intelligent dog I’ve ever had. Having said that he’s still a complete cuddle bucket! Everywhere we go he’s there, never leaves our side. Best dogs in world!
Thank you, you expressed yourself beautifully....I really loved hearing your story and could so relate to everything you said...especially the part about you being nervous and thinking she was going to “bite your face off” because of the media’s bigotry. I too was very hesitant when we adopted our boy from the Humane Society but just like you I fell in love and this is the only breed for me /us. ❤️
Staffys ARE the BEST!!!💖💖💖 My girl is a black Staffy with soft pink on her nose soft like a horse nose lol...my boy is half Staffy half Golden Retriever. Both my world.
I had a Staffy, called tyson. He was abandoned by a train track and my uncle brought him to us. He was the sweetest most kindhearted dog ever. I grew up with him from a baby myself and a puppy; himself. Tbh not trying to be rude smaller dogs always seemed more "bully" than most.
Staffordshire Bull Terriers are THE loveliest dogs ever. I have never met a bad one yet, despite what the media would have you believe. Mine adores children and other animals. She loves the cats she lives with and is happy to be bottom of the pecking order. I used to be a lover of Jack Russells, but SBTs are far, far nicer, in my opinion of course.
BlitzkriegStaffords I can see from your comment that you don’t know too much about them. Amstafs are way to overbreed in last decade and they are not even close what they used to be. Because of that bunch of them have health and other problems. SBTs are more calm and quiet when off duty, very stabile, have a bit “longer” hair, best with children....
I had two pitties brothers when I was younger and they've always been beautiful to me. Their names were Harley and sunny, sunshine was a beautiful friendly little fella, yet his brother Harley was violent vicious monster they do exist. Don't think for a second I'm having a go at you this is just an experience that I have had. I loved my dog's with all my heart.
Ive fallen in love with this breed as well. I can't believe I went from being so afraid of dogs to loving this breed of dog. They are perfect for indoors.
That’s how our amstaff is, a big 85lb baby. He’s so sweet and well behaved. We were kind of worried at first because we weren’t sure how he was going to get along with our little Pekingese but after a week of introduction they get along great
My wife was the same way but the learned fast that they are big babies, loving and kind and have a goofy streak too. I am a Dobie and Pit freak, having been around them before, during and after the Army . Our Pit is a spayed female and clean as a cat. No problems and has NEVER met a stranger and gets her feelings hurt if they don't pet her.
I got my first staffy after my red nose passed r.i.p but he sent me the most handsomest most perfectest staff ever I love him soooooo much he is soooo awesome I wouldn't want any other dog
Oh my goodness, “Breaker” is so awesome! I’m in love with them too! I have a Staffy Bull/Border Collie mix whose an incredibly talented, loving and “papa” pleasing 1 year old! I want a purebred female for my “Bentley”! 💙
I got to know sisters staffie... and never will be able to recover from injuries and stolen heart.. I want to play with her the whole day... such a strong personality, smart, athletic. They so special!
taaron1217 oh okay, thank you for getting back to me, I do understand that some Staffies can be dog agressive because of there history I can't wait to get my staffy
All my Staffies Zaki have slept inside my home and usually on the bed. Love them to bits. Have had four over time. Have not had one for a couple of years now and am suffering terrible withdrawal symptoms.
I could not have said, that better!!!! My American Staffie Bronte, will be 1 on the 14th of this month!!! The world needs to know, they are nothing like a Pit Bull! I had one & German Shepherd mixed little pit in him, they were 2 maybe, I rescued them, trained them Chloe the pit, best guard dog 🐶 you could have, I found that out, Shepherd mixed pit, turned out to be the 🐶 I have ever had until Bronte, has both of great things these had in them!!! It all depends on the handler, I knew what to watch out for! Just like we have to watch out for our sweet Staff!
Back again Good on you lady. I’m so glad you got over your fear and fell in love with the little thieves. You look carelessly at a Staffie, and before you know it they’ve stolen your heart. I’m on my third pair now. Got my first Staffies nearly 30 years ago, since my first Staff “Punch” (he was all white with one black eye), I’ve never wanted a different breed. Staffs are the kindest, most gentle, most trustworthy dogs in the world. They are, one of the few/only breed/s that have “must be good with children” in the breed description. If you ever see a “bad”, “aggressive” staff, the problem is Always on the other end of the leash.
At 3.25 minutes that's a beautiful Pup. He will keep filling out for close too two years and will look incredible when fully grown. I think I will start looking around for a well breed one, they are not cheap either, but they are worth it..
@@jreyhert255 And what is it illegal to make comments because Cretins like you don't like it ? AND ? Nothing you want to order me to respond to you, go fuck yourself..
I rescued a 3 year old staffy 3 years ago and feel the same as the woman. I will never get another breed. They are by far the best and kindest dog on this planet. Im an animal lover and have all sorts of pets. Spiders, rats, cats and other dog and Rocky is everyones friend. And i cant say for all my pets 😂
These dogs are so much fun and so loyal. It is people who are doing this. Not the dogs. Dog fighters should be in jail forever. LOVE ALL PIT BULLS. 💖💖💖
Chris Leone this is a STAFFORDSHIRE bull terrier not a pit bull. Seperate breeds and have been for some time. You could say I love all bull breeds. Or for this channel you could even say pit bull TYPES but the breeds are seperate. Don't add to the mislabelling of dogs because of lack of breed awareness. Study the breeds and the differences.
Daughter Of Christ Born Again into new life They are still in the breed. And I am doing nothing wrong. Saying I love all Pit Bulls is not bad. And these little guys have the gene in them. I have seen so many shows and Westminster etc, so I know about these dogs. My friends have them and large Pit Bulls. I love all dogs. Your comment to me was uncalled for. Sounds like your not a lover of ALL dog breeds the way you worded your last sentence.
Chris Leone oh how dare I separate two already seperate recognized breeds and correct you! Nothing wrong with loving all pit bull TYPES nothing wrong with loving all Spitz types but I wouldn't call a keshund a Samoyed and I wouldn't class them as the same just because they fall into the same category just like I wouldn't call an Alaskan Malamute a husky and say well I love ALL huskies in reference to a Malamute. I'm a dog trainer so naturally I love most breeds there are a few that I don't really like and it's not the breed itself I don't like it's the PEOPLE that bring them home without doing research as to the nature and temperament of the breed folks a bit like yourself who don't research genetics, breed heritage, history and temperament.
Chris Leone I love how you resort to swearing and name calling to relay your message. Shows your intelligence level. Oh wow you've shown this to vets and others but how many GAME dog breeders have you shown this too? How many apbt breeders? Sport dog breeders? I've said nothing wrong but you've just spent the last message insulting and swearing like a child who doesn't get their way. Truth hurts. You tube comments don't. Have a blessed day 😂
Sandeepan Bhattacharyya, there’s lots of information on the breed a the kennel club in the UK and in Australia and most other countries. Make sure you look for the Staffordshire Bull Terrier, not the American Staffordshire Terrier, or the American Pit Bull Terrier, which are similar in looks & temperament, but are different breeds. They are also often called English Staffies, Staffies, Nanny Dogs etc. Staffies have Very powerful jaws, fortunately they have wonderful, friendly temperaments and do not bite humans in general, that being said, in my option you should avoid a SBT cross. A dog with the athleticism, and powerful jaws of a staff and the aggression of say some Dobermans, or the instinct to snap like a cattle dog... could be a problem..
I rescued a 16 month old blue staffy that was 2 years ago hes my first staffy and hes the best of the best hes so funny loving and protective of me glad we found each other cos he had suffered bad abuse off his previous owners he doesnt leave my side and if hes not on my bed at night he will just lay on his bed watching me all night be lost without my boy dave ❤❤
haha super ignorant comment! lol best breed?? at what? being small? this dog is a halfsized pitbull! so any pit is twice as good as any staffy! ps. it would freeze to death where i live! useless!
I've had a pitbull named Mike and an amstaff named Tyson. They were a great team and such lovely dogs. Sadly they past away. Since april this year we've adopted a 6 year old English Staffordshire bullterrier, who we named Mazzel (dutch for Lucky) he was taken from his owner by police because he didn't learned his basic commands and this lady let the dog walk around freely, while she stand in her door opening smoking a sigarette. He has bitten 2 little dogs. The police women who took him took him to a center where they do test with dogs, they saw that he wasn't aggressive but an uncertain dog, he didn't know what people wanted from him. Just 3 days before the wanted to put him down, because 3 months in a shelter is the most, in that shelter they put. dogs down if they are 3 months there. But just 3 days before we adopted him and since than we have the sweetest little boy who acts like a puppy. In less than 4 weeks he knew every command and his new name. He didn't know what playing with other dogs was, now he has lost of friends. People come to our home to let their dog play with our 3 dogs. The other 2 are also rescued. 1 is a mix 6 years old and the other 1 is an Akita Inu (Japanese akita) 2 years old. They are my furry children🥰❤
I rescued an 8 year old staffi,he had some teething problems but that was due to humans rather than Blue. He is a big lovebug ever. Loves humans more than other dogs. He loves kids too!! He is a restricted breed her so ,in my opinion, they are the best dogs with very responsible owners!! He is my love. 💙
These dogs and pitbulls are really good dogs I have two pit bulls and they're both very nice it wouldn't hurt a fly unless they are trying to protect somebody
We have a 6 year old staff asked to take in for forestering after a relationship breakdown up. Also have a 16 year old Jack Russell. Besotted with each other. Both sleep at the foot of our bed under own rug. They know when see this time for sleep. Loyal and protective totally. Same as any pet put in the time and get back out what you have put in.
FYI: RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL COMMENTS ARE DELETED.
Who is the breeder referenced in this video? Thank You!

My Staffordshire terrier is my service dog cause I'm epileptic
Really? I have a brother who'd benefit from that. How did you go about that ??
You get them certified
@@joeydonajkowski7744 there is NO service dog certification. I have a real service dog. I know. It requires hundreds of training hours and you get a letter from the trainer stating this dog meets all government requirements to assist someone with specific disabilities. And anyone who asks you for a certificate doesn’t know the the heck they’re talking about
Where you live Cause that's bullshit here in mount morris Michigan there's places where you can get it done
Superb. This should be shared and promoted
I know this is an old video, but the young dog could easy be taken to shows, lovely dog. ❤
My fiances dad got a staffy from a breeder. Beautiful puppy! Loves everyone and is so happy all the time!
she looks just like my Staffie they are a fantastic breed I have had a Staffie for 4yrs now the worst thing that can happen to me is they can kiss you to death and don't know when to stop I love my Staffordshire Bull Terrier she has a wonderful temperament she was a rescue dog she is an indoor dog has the full run of the house and also sleeps on my bed, she also gets on well with other cats and dogs and loves children I also have a miniature poodle they get on well together and also enjoy travelling in the car I have had dogs ever since I was an 8yr old boy and now I'm 74 dogs are family
I have a 3 year old male, he's our 3rd Staff, beautiful dogs.
I own two Staffies....best friends forever. They are funny, have a lot of character, they like to please.....I love them
A have almost a year old girl, and I love her very much. Beautiful mentally and physically bread, I had a few before but SBT are most loyal. Grtz
Yes, they do love to be with you.🐶❤
Amazing a powerful dog that hasn't had ears & tail hacked off..... 👍
She didn't complain once since
Best dog channel on RUclips been saying it for years!
✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿
Amazing Zeke! I love staffordshire bull terrier they are one of my favorites!❤️ keep up the good work
Charlie And Lola again
Charlie And Lola my old nemesis
robert kelly who are you
Charlie And Lola yo Charlie I see you in the comments of so many other vids
WOOLOO LOO same with you
My rescue American staffi change my life,
He teach me life lessons every day.
Very truthful about the breed 👌there awesome dogs brought up in the right environment 👍
I love my pit bull, they have much love to give.
Staffordshire Bull terrier dogs are the absolute best .
Upmystrasse what's the difference between Staffordshire bull terrier and American staffordshire terrier
I Be Stacking My P Staffies are more mentally stable then amstaff.
Love my amstaff, she's almost 9 and a Velcro dog. Absolutely love her
Ive fallen in love with this breed as well. I can't believe I went from being so afraid of dogs to loving this breed of dog. They are perfect for indoors.
All dogs are great no matter the breed as long as the owner is good
That’s how our amstaff is, a big 85lb baby. He’s so sweet and well behaved. We were kind of worried at first because we weren’t sure how he was going to get along with our little Pekingese but after a week of introduction they get along great
I know where your coming from. Just the absolute best. I love them so much also💕💕
My wife was the same way but the learned fast that they are big babies, loving and kind and have a goofy streak too.
They so special!
i have 3 staffys !! they are the best !!
Can they live outside welll what I mean is it sleeps in garage but never inside the house can be in the indoor garage or garden is that cruel
Lori Murdy are they any good at guarding your property
taaron1217 oh okay, thank you for getting back to me, I do understand that some Staffies can be dog agressive because of there history I can't wait to get my staffy
Lori Murdy NOOOOOOOO YOU DONT YOURE NOT TALKING RN!
All my Staffies Zaki have slept inside my home and usually on the bed. Love them to bits. Have had four over time. Have not had one for a couple of years now and am suffering terrible withdrawal symptoms.
I love this channel so much ughhh
sameee
thank you so much for your videos.
I agree I love my staffy. They're real loyal companions.
Yet again another amazing video, Zeke! Keep up the amazing work!
Stafford are amazing
they are the best dogs ever . . .
Back again
Good on you lady.
Trouser Snake and
@@jreyhert255 And what is it illegal to make comments because Cretins like you don't like it ?
Ahhh those Staffy smiles
This is Englands most popular dog and they are so gorgeous and friendly!
Labradors are the most popular dog breed in England....
One of the original gladitors ,staffy great dogs
PITS COME FROM STAFFYS
Chris Leone I love how you resort to swearing and name calling to relay your message. Shows your intelligence level. Oh wow you've shown this to vets and others but how many GAME dog breeders have you shown this too? How many apbt breeders? Sport dog breeders? I've said nothing wrong but you've just spent the last message insulting and swearing like a child who doesn't get their way. Truth hurts. You tube comments don't. Have a blessed day 😂
I AM OFFENDED that this video is about only 5 min 10 sec long... I wanted more footage and info about these cuties... ;--;
Oh don't worry, everybody who comments is an expert on them. They will be more than willing to repeat to you everything they read online. Honestly.
Staffys are the best
I rescued a 16 month old blue staffy that was 2 years ago hes my first staffy and hes the best of the best hes so funny loving and protective of me glad we found each other cos he had suffered bad abuse off his previous owners he doesnt leave my side and if hes not on my bed at night he will just lay on his bed watching me all night be lost without my boy dave ❤❤
I love my lil Luna, she is one crazy loving staffy
How old
Best breed by far!
Truth B Told nah they aren't
haha super ignorant comment! lol best breed?? at what? being small? this dog is a halfsized pitbull! so any pit is twice as good as any staffy!
ps. it would freeze to death where i live! useless!
bent540 : your comment gave me brain damage
bent540 no one gives a fuck where you live
Truth B Told I like mine bread to A bull terrier them mixed together is A compound impact like no other breeds mixed
Gotta love that Staffy smile :D
So happy I came across your video. I agree 100% with everything you've said. Thank you for everything you do:)
Awesome breed that’s often confused with similar breeds and almost always misunderstood. This dog is in my top 5!
Really nice looking dogs. Underrated as pets
This is such a beautiful dog & beautiful video!
