But i am wondering if images on Africa precisely on West Africa have high resolution?
Is there an alternative way to download/save the satellite image other than the procedure stated (right click -> export)? I am looking for a way to automatically download the image using model/python script.

You must have values in the Resolution boxes before you try to save the export. Try 0.1 in both.

unfortunately this is the maximum resolution you can get from this software
Not going to happen. In most cases the satimages are very outdated, not to mention the relatively low resolution (I mean the images look good, but not that good...)
