There needs to be context to this premise. It's not just about doing hard things but those things too and you can't compare soccer to football or math to business. To reach the highest levels, some things have to fall in place along the path of life and you have to have a propensity for whatever you want to do and be the best at. Business, for instance, may be easy for someone but acting is hard and yet we would not tell the billionaire to go into acting because it's harder for him than whatever business he leads when the billions he has is probably some level of justification that what was hard for others was at least by some degree easier for him/her and so s/he should exploit that talent.

The greatest of all time is Usain Bolt. Everyone who is capable of running has tried to run fast.
