It’s awesome you did a video on this because I was just looking at one of these online a couple days ago. I might pull the trigger on it just to experience it! Thanks for the tutorial brother!
I noticed the draw isn't very long, not a lot of acceleration, but it appears pretty stiff. You do have a lot of rubber compared to flats or tubes. My guess is that it would do best with heavy ammo at closer ranges. I'd be curious to see a half inch steel at the same range and the comparative drop to the clay.
@@411Outdoors Yup, your draw to your cheek is typically about thirty inches. Nine inches is not a lot of time to gain any speed. This is best demonstrated with crossbows versus long bows. A crossbow needs a pull weight of 200-400 pounds to deliver the same damage a bow does at 50-70 pounds. A crossbow string moves forward 6-8 inches while a bow is thirty plus. A crossbow can toss a heavy bolt hard over a short distance. It doesn't have the range the bow does.
Great video!! I have the junior model. But I’m not good with it. I did not know how to aim it. but I should give it another try. now that I see this vid.
Well-presented video. I have one of these in the drawer, might have to get it out and give it another try 👍

Super welcome bud! They are definitely fun to mess around with and they do seem to have a pretty good bit of power. Hard to be consistent with em
I kinda thought of the Pocket Shot as like the shotgun of the slingshot family.
Good point!
@@411Outdoors It’s like a quick draw slingshot too.
It is absolutely the most fun ive had hip firing a slingshot. id have to agree with the shotgun comparison

@@reylavienna1318 Hip shot? Might have to try that.
Hmmm 🤔 interesting I may just have to purchase one to try it. Great video as always bro! 👏👏👏
Thanks brother! They are pretty fun they shoot really fast haha!
Thank you bro great video
Wonder if you can convert 1 into a slingbow with arrows n Flat bands? Just a thought.
I would think so, and you can use the pocketshot itself to shoot arrows
I've had 2 of the Chinese knock offs and both exploded due to what you would call frame hits. Fun while they lasted
Good for close range blasting haha
I hold mine like a I would a frameless. Basically like you but palm out. It makes it more like a slingshot then.
I’ll have to try that thats probably even better
Does it shoot hard enough to break open a Bryna pepper ball?
I’m not sure it is very powerful. I will say that hard to get accurate with haha

Excellent point👍. Would prob haul it well. It’s super fast. It’s hard to stretch further than about 9 inches.
