I can’t thank God enough that I found your channel!! What I love about it is that you talk about God so much!! Very different from other homemaking channels I watch. And also refreshing. Please never stop talking about Him. Blessings!
You have a beautiful home! I love the way you make things in your home from scratch and God's beauty. Thank you for your message from our Lord. God bless you and your family!
You are on the right track about trying not to worry about having the picture perfect home. It is all striving after the wind. It’s all for nought. I wish I would have learned this lesson at a young age like you. God bless! ❤
Thank you Kelsey for your transparency and for sharing and remind us of the blessings God has given us. As mothers, wives and servants of God. God bless you dear one...Sherri...Payette Idaho
So glad I stumbled on your channel! Beautiful reminder of what is important… gratitude, contentment, and family! God bless you, your homemaking and motherhood. ❤ miss so much my children as babies! I am a homemaking home educating momma of 4… graduating my 2 oldest sons this year … my youngest is 10… thanking God for 12 years of home educating and 20years of Homemaking…. They have been the most rewarding years of my life!! ❤️❤️❤️
Oh my goodness, what an accomplishment! You have done such amazing things for your family. They might not know it now, but your kids will appreciate everything you have done for them! I'm so happy to hear your story 💗 brings us mama's in the little stage encouragement
I am SO grateful to have ben led to your channel! It is so uplifting and encouraging to me! I would love to know where your dress is from if you can share ? :)
My In laws grow wheat on our Central New York farm & I also grind my own flour. (Did you know you can grow Indian corn & grind your own corn meal, too!!!) I have switched most of my baking over to whole wheat - pie crust, bread, bagels, cookies, & even cakes. We love it. But if your hubby is not too fond of it, you could sift the flour several times & feed your chickens the bran. I make a mash with some hot water, bran, applesauce, & molasses & feed it to my chickens in the very cold parts of the winter. It helps them keep their body temp up & keep laying thru the winter. I also will use the sifted out bran & making raisin bran muffins. We started growing wheat when flour became almost non existent in the stores a couple of years ago & now my BIL is going to try his hand at growing rye (rye bread is HIS favorite). And the really good/smart thing is that you are feeding your children this healthier bread while they are still too young to know the 'difference' & they will already have an acquired taste for it. When they think of bread, this will be the version they think of. Children who have been fed a heavy diet of processed Wonder bread have a really hard time switching over to even homemade white bread - my hubby is one of them. & your pot of fruit is called a simmer pot & my friend saves old, washed out candle jars with lids & fill them with the dried things to give as gifts. they look lovely.
Love these tips! Very much needed! Yes, when you are so used to white bread from the store, switching can be very hard. I would love to try the corn, especially with my daughter having celiac. I would also love your recipe for raisin bran muffins. This is encouraging me to keep trying the healthy wheat bread!
It will keep them from ripping if they get caught on something or ripping something else. If that quilt had any loose threads the zipper could get caught and loosen the threads. Been there, done that.@@faithfulacresfarmhouse
So determined to make my own bread. Thank you sister in Christ ♥️
You got this! It only took me like 6 loaves to figure it out, so I know you'll so better than me!

It's definitely something I know, yet I still worry about at times. I have to remind myself of it often. Love your comparison to the wind!
Thank you Kelsey.

I just found your channel and it’s a God send! Also- add a cup of viral wheat gluten to your bread with fresh ground wheat berries- game changer 😊
Interesting. I have never heard of viral wheat gluten. I will look into it! Thank you!
Nice work
I am SO grateful to have ben led to your channel! It is so uplifting and encouraging to me! I would love to know where your dress is from if you can share ? :)
It was a TJ Maxx find unfortunately....it did shrink a lot when washed, so that is a bummer. Sorry 🫤
Where do you get your dresses? I love them and want them!

Idk if you run a small group at your Church but I think you’d be really good at it! :)
Thank you! 😊 I did at my last one before we moved. I did really enjoy it, although I have lots of room for growth! That is very sweet ❤️
What mixer do you use?
It's the KitchenAid 7.5 quart
zip the zippers before you wash them!
Good to know. What does that help with specifically? Thanks!
It will keep them from ripping if they get caught on something or ripping something else. If that quilt had any loose threads the zipper could get caught and loosen the threads. Been there, done that.@@faithfulacresfarmhouse
@@frankath52 Good to know. Wouldn't have thought of that. Thank you!
