Practice for 40 years, then you'd have a better understanding. It's all PRACTICE!!!!!
Hockey players all practice too, every single one of them. But some of them are hall of famers like Connor McDavid and some of them are career minor leaguers. Most working stiffs can practice all they want, they'll never play like this.

I heard this for the first time yesterday and fell hopelessly in love with this piece of music.
For over 20 years, I’ve taught all of my guitar students buckethead songs, lots of acoustic ones, either one on one or I’d be teaching a class, playing Hills of eternity, all in the waiting, for mom, lone sal bug etc - it was so fun giving different parts to students at different skill levels, made a really great sound ✨🙏🏼
You must be a wonderful teacher. This was pure affection, care and love.

Beautiful, if I could play like that I'd be totally happy & complete.
that is unfortunately not a healthy mindset man. I used to think like that when I was a teenager. at 27, I'm the guitarist I was back then's wet dream, and can play how I always wanted, and I'm still an unhappy person a lot of the time lol. I think the key is go the more social route i.e. do more gigs, go to jam sessions. share in musical moments with others rather than woodshedding neurotically. it's hard as a more introverted person to do that though.
