Very nice detailed review, thank you. I have owned this bike for 2 years now and have over 2K miles on it. The only issue was 1 flat tire. No problems at all with this bike. I ride this bike a lot without the electric motor engaged just for more exercise because it is amazing how easy it is to pedal..! I engage the motor when really windy. I use #4 speed W/O the motor and 5 or 6 speed with the motor. Love this bike.
That bike actually has pretty decent components. They are of a different era, but tried & true, readily available, & affordable.. We should be building these.
Interesting. Lifelong bicyclist here. This is my furst ebike. Mine was delivered about two weeks ago. The staples on the box were all pulled and the box was obviously opened. The rear fender was also pushed down into the tire. But nothing was missing and the rear fender brackets straightened without damage. All finished good. I too was impressed with the build quality and the mild stretch and rake to the bike. Especially at the rollback price point. Steal of a deal.
@@Zestydu Hypers are decent bikes. I still have my Mountain after few years. And i'm the only one that has upgraded it beyond beans. Heck one might say it looks like a fricken high end bike now. I had a person so interested it one time, Till they found out it was a walmart bike. Then their expression turned into 'eh.....'. Lol.
Walmart bikes arent adjusted very well. Wheel hub bearlngs headset stearing bearings all should be checked their almost always too tight and will be damaged if ridden this way.

Bought this bike before Christmas @ $400.00
What a bargain!
Hey can you please tell what is the maximum range we can ride this ?
13-20 miles light effort, basically an hour of motor usage.
Wow $400??? That's super cheap. I am pricing them, and was going to buy a used one for $360! Might as well buy a new one!
They are 650 right now, but go on sale for 400 every few months.
Do you know the height of the seat in the lowest setting? Is this average size for a men's beach cruiser?
34”, my wife is 5’2” and can balance it without an issue
@@Fix-it-tony 😊 thank you
