Have you seen how much they sell for on ebay?
We have two 3xs systems, build quality is pretty good, and Both game really well, waited about 3 weeks for each of them. I don't think any of the Custom PC sites give you all the boxes, and Overclockers give you a few wee packs of sweets, with Scan you get the mug and mousepad. All the other ones in my experience, charge you for every single thing, no freebies at all lol.
Received by 3080 Ti 3XS .. absolutely beast
I get the boxes, it winds me up my old PC fitter took my Ryzen box that had the fan for Ryzen 1700x. But holy crap.................. i probably would buy a pc for 600-800s (hand picked parts) and upgrade it separately than spend £3k in one go.
Fat chance of getting components such as 5950x and RTX 3080 at the time of order, probably would still be waiting for an RTX 3080 and end up paying near double as paid part of this build. Crypto mania insures lack of stock and double pricing continues. I did the right thing at the right time, The GPU has earned about £800 since mining in the background.,
just incase you didnt know hes dissapointed that he didnt get the boxes although nowhere gives you the boxes for youre graphics card
How's it holding up so far ?? Any long term issues with the system ??
I'm thinking of buying a build through them but have seen a lot of mixed and unsavory opinions about Scan and their practices/Hardware legitimacy and quality.
Needless to say any response would be greatly appreciated!
I'll do a review update, been 18 months, so far 1 part died, MP600, they sent me a repalcement after a bit fo tooing and frowing, had to basically convince them I can change it myself, not a big baby having to have it shipped to them :)
So does it come with all the power cables to all the parts unplugged or are they spares?
LOL, if they did not plug the cables in then it would not start :) , good modular PSU's come with a ton of cables, so yeh they are spares.

Just ordered from Scan. First time buying a prebuilt PC. Currently on their 3xs page says order today to receive by 25 - 31 March. But confirmation email gives April dates! So blatant lies? Will April be a lie too?
Yes, the estimates are not reliable as It's stock shortage and high demand. You were never going to get it within 2 weeks anyway. Still Mid April is not too bad a wait depending on your specs.
Stock shortages on any GPU and the 5900x/5950 CPU's are very bad for everyone at mo, so if you manage to get your system within a month you are doing very well
I ordered a PC on the 4th of March and still not received it. Getting pissed off 😡😂
Well mine died on the 16th, lasted about 8 full days :(

@ Anthony McMan, 10 hours of work later sytstem back up and running, pity their USB recovery disk is garbage, had to make my own and reinstall windows, so likely Microsoft issue rather than hardware fault, time will tell.

That speaks for your mindset of what you would do, and probably do. I just wanted what I PAID for! After all they had plenty of room for both in the big box.

what? all that time and effort to get the system for a £200 to £300 pounds GPU scalp? Seriously? For instance mining in the background makes over £150 per month from the GPU.

The PC comes with a warranty so you don't need the boxes lol you only wanted to scalp those parts on Ebay you bellend and if you had of requested the boxes when ordering they would've gave you them xD
