    Nice one, you have a beast in there. I had a PC built at home from Scan and after 10 years the video card died. Now I am waiting for my New Pc with1650 graphic card. The worst part of using Scan 3XS is the waiting time.

    AMD Ryzen 9 5900X

    2x8GB 3200MHz Corsair vengeance pro RGB ram

      @Montebann  3 года назад +2

      Hi itzYamazaki, I can only tell as I have found. I've had four Scan pre build PCs and all have been quality built to the spec that I specified. I have had one issue with an order where some elements were missing, but they sorted that out within a couple of days. I have also found their after sales team to be super useful. So I personally can not fault them to date. Thanks BTW for watching my video and commenting and if you have any other questions please let me know, I know buying a GPU at the moment is a minefield.

    • @conflict-tv
      @conflict-tv 3 года назад +1

      I've been using SCAN for over 8 years, only had one issue. Their support have always been amazing. I had one bad experience recently with their CS which out-right lied to me about something I specifically asked about, but their next rep couldn't have been more helpful and apologetic, and was refunded a fair chunk on my order. You always get the one bad sales rep, but my experience from over several orders has been sublime with their 3XS staff which are clearly more knowledgable (and expectedly so).

    • @Montebann
      @Montebann  3 года назад +1

      Yes, on another more recent order I did want to change the spec and was told by the sales rep quite firmly that it couldnt be changed. I phoned them again and got a different rep who was super helpful and changed the item I wanted changing. Basically I wanted more RAM in it. So yes you're right, it depends sometimes on who you get. Thanks for watching and commenting. Really appreciate it.

      @@Montebann You're most welcome! Here for the algorithm, as they say. Oddly, I just bought a pre-built with them with a 3090+i9 11900K (since my initial comment and after watching your video), but the cooling requirements I had were far more complicated. I had a phone call with their 3XS team, and they invoiced me an additional cost a day later with more cooling, more memory, more PCIe 4.0 NVMe's, a new case (full-tower) to fit all the cooling and even agreed to include all the cables so I can attach existing drives. I was surprised that I effectively chose all my own parts on a "pre-built". The only annoyance I had, was the lead time isn't until 22nd July, but I guess that's what I should expect with the shortages of GPU's. The 3XS team are really helpful, and even gave me suggestions initially to help me pick the right parts. Can't fault them. I've been building my own PC's for over a decade, and given this is my first build I'm not building out-of-the-box, it's changed my opinion on pre-built PC's. Excited!

      I have tried using a Go Pro now and the colours are better. But its a pain as it runs on battery. If anyone has any advise on a good priced but good quality camera, please let me know.

    I just ordered a prebuilt from scan good to know they are a reputable company and pc wont arrive in bits 🤣

      I can only say from the experience I have had its been good so far. Micky a chap who chats in our live stream on Thursdays has had an issue with his delivery, but we think it was damaged in transit.

      @@Montebann that's a damn shame I'd be so mad if that happens it's good they seem to have decent customer service and a year warranty

      He's from Northern Ireland so it looks like it got banged about during the plane or boat ride. But yes Scan do have a pretty good after sales customer service and they are sorting it out for him. So fingers crossed he gets his new PC soon. Its always super disappointing when something like that happens. I am sure your PC will be fine. What are you getting, if you dont mind me asking?

      ordered one myself this morning, this one was a scan prebuilt in 2015, upgraded the gpu and had absolutely no problems with anything else. arrived ready with all the bench results etc. this was a 3xs system, one i have ordered was just a standard prebuilt option with a 3060ti but i am confident it'll be as well put together as this one.
      its great as you get a bit older have a bit more disposable income and a bit less spare time.

    3090 cards came out soon after this video lol ditch the desk camera you're using its awful quality - the unboxing camera used is much better

      Yeah I know, as soon as I saw the 3090s that was a Picard facepalm moment. The other camera was just my S20 phone, so I will need another camera.
