I am far from knowledgeable on the subject of PC's so won't call myself a reviewer, but hope this gives you an insight into my experience

Thanks for your video and review, I’ve bought a pc and I’m waiting for it to be built atm. I was worried about some reviews but I changed the pc to how I wanted it. I’ve got 32 go ram so im excited
How long was the shipping?

Quite funny really, was looking for a video like this before i ordered mine. Ordered mine anyway. PC same as yours but with a ryzen 5 instead. worked at first but 3060 broke on the first day. To be fair to them. They sent a replacement GPU out quickly. So hopefully that will fix my PC.
So jealous of your Ryzen but the i5 will do what I need!
To be fair to AWD they've already been in contact about the missing power cable which is down to no motherboard box being sent with the PC so they should sort that out. Hopefully yours gets sorted 🤞
Cheers. I haven't yet bought from these guys but they're at the top of my list. Have you had reason to contact support now your gaming PC is up and running? Just curious how their after-sales compares. I sent them some questions and got quick responses to most. Their prices are excellent. I found it easier exploring configurations with these guys because there's not an infinite choice. I know it sounds contradictory, but some of their competitors give customer complete choice, which can be confusing. My only gripe is I have limited choice on the case (black or white). I'm wanting something a bit special but no option. Also there's one configuration including the RTX 4080 which I'm steering towards. If I wanted Intel instead of the AMD option it's a lot more money even though the components are similarly priced as separate components. Hope you're still happy with your setup. Thanks

@@MaxMac05 No but I’m still planning on buying from them. I just can’t justify £2000 right now until I get some business to cover it. Also GPU prices falling although not sure if they’ll reduce their prices on complete builds
@@volaticusfilms6185 usually you can build most of the pcs yourself for a couple hundred cheaper if you can find the right deals, I’m looking at pre builds just to save time and avoid any mistakes if I was to build my own. Right now just in the process of deciding which build I want from awd it
@@MaxMac05 I've built PCs in the past without any problem. But when lashing out so much money, as long as I have reasonable choice of the parts, I'd rather have the three year warranty AWD offers. If I was faced with a non-starting PC, I'd have no clue as to where to start and how to determined where the problem lies. I did price up the configuration I wanted and concluded I'd save around £100 which is just not worthwhile in my book. With AWD if I encounter any problem I'd hope they'd walk through some kind of diagnostic testing. If it ended up being a component, I'd hope they'd either send a replacement or offer to fit it for me. It all comes down to the after-sales service. This is a leap of faith until it's put to the test. But buying a single product that they've built does mean that the whole is warrantied. It really is worth more than the sum of the parts.
@@MaxMac05i actually just bought one and it came in today, still yet to open and have a look though, i plan on doing it in 2 days. My specs were a 4060ti, ryzen 5 7600, a620m plus wifi mother board, 32gb adata ddr5 ram (4800mhz) which was a free upgrade option because of my spec. 750w gold rated gigabyte psu (upgraded) , and 1tb m.2 ssd. Cost me £986, customer service was excellent as i did spec my pc with a bluetooth and wifi card, but they called me telling me it wouldn’t fit in my pc because of the gpu size, so instead upgraded my motherboard for free even though it would end up putting them at a loss by around £20. It took exactly 8 days from the day i ordered for it to be built and get delivered here. Il let you know how the pc is once i open it and examine it a bit

Good review. It's especially nice they send the boxes because I'll sure wanna display the GPU box with a 30 series GPU. It's amazing they have a 3060Ti PC for £900 (or 950 for a more evenly specced system). The cable management seems especially good compared to the competition. Some of the base specs aren't great but being able to upgrade as it is a built to order system so they are well balanced systems with a bit of knowledge to customise it well. Currently looking as a PC enthusiast who ain't gonna spend 600-700 quid on an RTX 3060Ti and found this company sells PCs with only a small if not any markup on retail pricing unlike competitors. Would wanna see better packaging though. Also what courier delivered it?
DPD, but let's be honest all UK couriers have equally bad reps 🤣
@@CJWRacing one of the better ones. Royal mail is the only good one to reliably get things delivered without damage though
@Error 404 yeah now its avoid royal mail as they've got so much mail that you'll probably receive it maybe in 2024

@@maximgaming1066 yeah but that's cus there isn't a shortage. Back then it was more impressive cus it was hard to come by GPUs for retail prices.
Costco actually have an i5 and 3070 pc from awd for around the same price for any of you that are able to upgrade from an i5 to i7

@@bl1ss544 computer got here perfectly had no problems with it been using it almost daily the last 5-6 months and it runs perfectly
I ordered a i5 10600FK with the 3070, I really hope it runs well. RAM is 8GB which should be fine. It's my first "GAMING" PC. I can't wait to see how it runs, I love the way you get every box when they ship it.
Why 8 GB ram? Atleast 16 gb minimum

@@jordanpage6376 8 GB is not even good, people are starting to upgrade to 32 gb from 16 gb. I'm going for straight 32gb
@@waldo1359 16 is absolutely max if you are a gamer (Because you won't get more fps except on flying simulator) 8 ram is enough if you don't plan to play tight games for pc

8 GB only good for smaller games

I have just ordered a pre built from these guys I am hoping that it comes as some of the reviews are not great but a friend recommended them how long did yours take to arrive?
13 days in total (working days that is) so on time. I've no big complaints the PC is fine and I'd reccomend them based on my experience

@@jamieduncan583 pc is very good, no issues so far. Just check the specs of your order as mine didn't have an exhaust fan so I contacted customer service and paid for one to be installed.
hi, if it didn't come with a power cable do u think I should buy a power cable as mine is coming soon, and which power cable would you recommend?
Hey! Mine should have come with one but they accidentally left out the motherboard box so it didn't, the cables for most PSU's are called 'kettle' cables but yours should arrive with one.
AWD have offered to send me one, but I didn't see much point in it just for that

I've seen guides for people who built their own and they had to install all these drivers and things to be able to actually get the things like the graphics card to actually work and to connect to the Internet. is it the same for prebuilts, I'm new to all this and still trying to get a grasp behind this
Yeah if you build your own you do. But usually if a company does it they basically do all that for you.
I’ve had a check of this company and their pcs are reasonably priced I’m not looking for the most powerful pc and for my first pc I’m thinking of getting quite a budget one they have a pre built pc with a headset keyboard mouse and mouse pad for like £500

I would not recommend the keyboard and mouse will be low quality and the pc specs won’t be very good for future and current games it’s worth saving up more

My experience with them was awesome I got a 16gb ram 2666mhz i5-10400f rtx 3060 for £939

Yeah I have no complaints. Their aftersales/tech is spot on too I had a small issue with the onboard sound which was fixed straight away - glad you're happy with your setup ☺

@@kreitaj9330 The build time is around 8-10 days, so I'll most likely receive it sometime next week. Yes I'll let you know how I get on. I'd recommend ordering with a credit card, that's what I did, if anything doesn't work, I'll ring up the bank and cancel the purchase.
@@277judge Im considering ordering a 5800x 3080 build but some of the reviews have been putting me off honestly, i know a lot of it like new gpus failing itsnt really there fault but still got a feeling ill order and their will be an issue. But pricing wise its like the best way to get a 30 series gpu atm, used pc specialist in the past but reason i wanna try awdit is they use better parts instead of pcs that use palit & zotac cards, better case options and i like how they send the box for the main components for when you wanna upgrade

Yeah it came with everything updated and drivers installed.
They basically put their WIN10 version on there

@@THNNihal I have no complaints with mine - it's been solid.
All I'd say is the pics you see are the fully specc'd out ones so when you pick your parts bear that in mind (i.e. mine showed RGB RAM but as I'd picked the basic RAM it wasn't RGB).

Took 13 working days to arrive
comes built. it just also sends the boxes of what components they put in your pc.

I did yeah, I could have saved a bit by doing my own media install in fairness!

Yup still got it and it's absolutely spot on.
No issues crept up and it performs as you'd expect it to really. I didn't need to spend hours updating drivers and it does a good job of keeping temperatures nice and stable so no thermal throttling - you'll be pleased!

Hey pal no mine didn't come with one - usually if you buy a monitor you'd get a cable but they're pretty cheap on ebay/amazon!

@@BbBb-zr3wh Try a clean install of windows. Prebuilds often have OS issues, especially if there is bloatware.
@@davapod yeah I did I got some more ram and re installed windows many times but I think the ram they gave me was faulty 😁
