When I bought a midsize truck in 2023, the frontier SV CC LWB with its smooth torquey v6 offered the best value and I got it for less than invoice. All the others with their turbo fours sounded like a food processor. They were course sounding and unrefined. I almost regretted not waiting for the new Taco but it too has a very course and unrefined turbo 4. I thought Toyota would do better. Additionally the interior in the new Taco feels far cheaper than the Frontier. The seams on the door pulls actually separate when you pull them to close the door. Sure glad I didn’t wait. Also glad to see Nissan offering the LWB on more trim levels.
