For those wondering, this does work in TruckersMP too, You just need to do the console stuff in singleplayer first, but the Debug Camera is available in MP.

Thanks for this great tutorial! I love this mod. The camera in the left corner is very handy but too bad that you can't keep it activated while recording because the camera will also be recorded. I hoped it would be like a layer that will be seen on screen but not in the recording. So as far as I see it, it makes that function a bit useless. The rest is cool though! Thanks for sharing mate!

Nice stuff. I was wondering how adjustable is that camera hud on the upper left corner. For example, can you move it around to another corner or make it bigger/smaller? Can you set up a standard camera on it like the top down one while in the main area you drive in first person (for example)? Can you add another window like that (similar to how the two "mirrors" (essentially two additional cameras) are in the base game?). Basically, is there a way to reliably render multiple cameras? Does the infrastructure exist in the modding tools to tweak with those functionalities?

Wish you had released this earlier would have helped a lot in making my entry video for this year's contest easier and quicker. I had to use editing software to smoothen jerky movement caused by default flycam. But nevertheless thanks for making this awesome video and didn't know this mod existed !!! cinematics is going to be a little more easier now :)
The free camera works but the cinematic mode and the other modes doesn't work. I came to the debug camera and it seems competly different by me. I use the Version 1.39 for Incompactible mods.

I have a very slow camera rotation, when I try root camera from east to west I need drive my mouse through ALL my table. Camera roating very slow, slower than it was before

Have you figured out how to get a working freecam in vehicle interiors? Saw a video of another user accomplishing this but of course they were not willing to share any info on how they did so.
did everything right but mine is really bugged out. I didnt even get the "mini cam" (i'm on ats) the game saves the cam position but dont play the animated mod. any ideas?
test the hand brake of the scania truck 4x2 activates the hand brake and the re for me is bugged in the default sensitivity it is bugged but when it puts the high sensitivity it to see if your ets is also bugged please wanted to see this test who supports like does this happen to anyone else?

Hi mate for some reason this keeps crashing when pressing number 7 and cycling through the different modes.
In my case, I just use the mouse scroll wheel to adjust my fly speed instead of using "g_flyspeed" prompt.

Hey, try removing this mod you installed, you can try that because i set it to go slower so the movement is smoother
